    Did I pre-order?  Yes.  Does my preorder have headstart?  Yes.  Will I be playing this weekend?  Nope.  i am going to be spending time with my wife and child.



     

    Lies, i believe you pre-ordered, you have headstart, and are sitting there with a 2 frozen 2 liter and a pee pan and hose strapped to your johnson, and got a macro programmed hitting auto-update hoping they put up the servers even an hour earlier than midnite to get your CO fix asap. You simply dont have any other forum interaction (because this game is a dud and wow i cant believe how lack of interest this truly has) but anyway I dont believe you have a child or a wife for one second, matter of fact, I have just gotten a PM that you dont even have a girlfriend. and may not even have pubics yet.

    How would you like it, that you live in a state where BEST BUY DONT SHIP TOO (Oh! Oh! I know this one... ummmm...... I would order from a different store?  Maybe CompUSA because that's the store that had the game?), so even though you ordered 3 months before everyone else, you had to order it form the other place, and get no FREEBIE (So Best Buy doesn't ship to your area and you had to order from CompUSA which has the Mario Kart bundle; but somehow since Mario Kart is only on the Wii you still don't get any freebie, just like the Best Buy deal?), sniff pout, no reason to complain huh.. (Yea, I guess not since you would pay the same price at either store and get the exact same thing?)
    On a side note, Seriously take this time out now to call a teacher and get some comprehension skills..Yours are pretty bad ATM.     I didn't read the whole thread and just picked out some of the more over the top ranting.

    However, each retailer negotiated a set amount of perks for their sales.  This is no different than them offering discounts on their product.  Do you get up in arms that Best Buy offers something for $5 less than Radio Shack?  Retailers want their own edge to turn over customers.  There is nothing immoral or wrong about it.

    The rewards were all published ahead of time.  Unlike the September 1st offer, this one was well publicized.  If you didn't or couldn't take advantage of the one you wanted, that's a shame.  However, it's not Crypic's fault in the least bit.  Good luck with cancelling your order and I hope that you don't get in trouble for cancelling a subscription.  There are wire fraud laws about that sort of thing, so be sure to check on them before you do.

    wire fraud laws, lol, in my area, you can not sell intangible product and all products have 30 day refund.. NO EXCEPTIONS.. learn your laws and practice the bullshit you preach becaise it aint smart to talk like an idiot. Just because there is a policy does not make it a law, learn where you live and your rights... California for starters.. you cant have a no refund policy.. you have a right as a consumer. and very from state to state, or country for that matter... Wire fraud lol... man goes to jail for charging back item based off him getting ripped off before item goes on market. details at 9.

    Sir Henry Blake of MASH 4077 servces 3 years for charging back a virtual intangible item before it hit market on a no refund basis, when he found out he could get a better deal elsewhere,  he did what every american in the world would do and got a better deal.. when the retailer said, no we screwed you and are sticking to the plan.. the consumer so no im charging back and now serves 3 years in jail for wire fraud.. HAHHAH i can see this story on the onion perhaps.

    No sorry, predicting perks is not the retailers job, you mindless nub, who the fuck wouldnt offer the perks.. You honestly think gamestop is paying $5 bucks more per title to offer a free cryptic $5 account? Are you for realz? As a retailer, again same rules apply, you can't do this and maintain relationships.. you seriously dnt have a clue of the power of retail.

    BtW the average profit on a retail game is $5-6 tops.... on a $50 item, most likely $5 on small purchases and preorders, $6-7 on bulk purchaess such as a best buy buyng for the whole coutnry.. but thats 2500 units compared to 25,000 units.. and noone is doing this in pre-order... there's no loss risk and no deals.
