I did not care much for FE either but i tend to disagree with some of your points.
1 The graphics are not that bad,they are 100% better than WOW ,not that it is a hard to tops lol.The graphic quality ,weather you choose to believe it or not is the exact same as Aion that so many rant and rave about.The colour scheme is drab yes,but it is still the same quality minus the cutesy purple/pink colours.
2 I have no idea why some people have been having problems with this game as of late,i found i had the best frame rates i ever had in any online game,witch was around 50 in towns and varied between 60-150 in less intense areas.My rig is about 4 years old and i would consider it about middle of the round at this point in time.
3 Never cared one bit for character customization,that is the part you do "IN" the game,not in some opening screen full of sliders,never understood that fascination.Then of course as ALWAYS you cover everything up with gear anyhow ,so it really SHOULD be a on factor.
4 I never got to higher levels,so i can't speak for what happens later on but ,from what i saw,there is nothing to stop you from crafting,if you want to call that fake crafting system ,crafting,i don't.
5 Umm level based is a problem?I don't mind levels at all,it is the game you should be worried about not levels.
6 Frankly the missions were the same old boring stuff ,so i logged about 5-7 of them finished one and got bored of the game.
7 I don;t know of the community i had the chat window off the screen so i could not see it.
8 LOL i often wonder why half the players i see in games are playing them,i think a large % is followers that want to either feel different or part of a large crowd.Those rebellious types play weird games like EVE and FE lol,those follower types follow the masses to games like WOW.
9 Yes the physics par is done very poorly,nice to see they added physics,but to implement it so badly is just wrong.
10/11 I noticed quests give chips,and frankly that part was not a factor in me leaving the game,i never got interested enough in the entire world,to start worrying about the game economy.You cannot have PVP and have complaints,PVP is not a design that favors friendship or "let's get along" it favors a sort of competition amongst gamers and tons of drama.
So other than a few of your points,you were expecting something different?

Send me your stuff before you go back to WoW and Aion please.
I care about your gaming 'problems' and teenage anxieties, just not today.
By far the best game out there at the moment..... IMO

I know a lot of people that were able to get a trial key and love the game but cannot afford to shell out the $50 right now for it. Then I hear people that bought the game and don't like it. To bad it's against the EULA to transfer accounts.

I find your two counter points on these issues to be weak. The first issue Eve found a way to make unlimited skilling work. While it can get out of control if you allow skilling to be too fast it to me shows a lack of development in the skill system. Now the second point is the weakest. They want to charge big studio prices they should meet big studio standards. You can not hold them to a different standard because they are a small group. If they do not want to be compaired then do not charge like you are at the same point in development as the bigger studios. Till then they should be held to the same quality and standards.

Having played all the "big studio" releases lately (except Aion), I'd say they are meeting those standards. One has only to look at the relevant forums to see the same types of complaints about other games like AoC and WAR. Pretty impressive for not having a like budget.

That is all fine and good, but do not use the defense when someone points to a problem that they are a small studio and should be given a break...if they want that break then give a break in the price for their small studio game that is still being fixed.
my nuclear cell particle excelerating tool was a pentium 4 and ran this game the graphics are not dated and everything you said is wrong. not aware of any vehicle in any mmo with correct physics. Anarchy Online has levels and is very sandbox. so i think its safe to say that you grew very tired of not knowing how to play this game begging for chips you never received so you rage quit.
I don't think I have ever used that as an excuse. I think I have used/said that since they are a small studio and combined with their vision for how this game will develop that I personally am willing to give them more of a break that I would a Mythic or a Funcom. I've also stated that they are knocking out those bugs and issues left and right like mad men/women, and showing us in patch notes that fact, which is way more than those big names do.
In fact, if anyone should be giving subsciption breaks it's those big name studios for which a break shouldn't hurt as worse when considering respective financial backing.
Yeah, the game was rough at launch, and it is very noticeably getting better. Fans of the game can admit this. Not sure why the detractors can't. Most probably because they aren't playing or don't read the patch notes. Or they just have to always be right and would argue that the sky isn't blue, leaves aren't green or the earth isn't round, lol.

The OP made me laugh, not because of the main content which is basically his opinion for whatever reason.
What made me laugh was the LOTRO reference. I have a life time sub and played it pretty hard for a long while, am pretty much done with it now as it's Turbines vision of LOTR, and not Tolkiens anymore. But to the point.....have you seen the hobbit models? Hehe, they are hilarious. Hobbit characters look like they are running around with full diapers on!! I rolled a hobbit burg just to have a laugh at a nappy wearing burglar! Funny stuff.

However, when I felt too happy in my life, I logged into FE to look at my sorry enforcer and to improve my depressed stance. That's when my graphic cards fans kicked in to remind me how sadly designed the game was. My next reflex was to logout to save some energy and earth at the same time...

This says it all. I dont know whom FE has pissed off but they are on a bender today. Maybe the fanbois of Earthrise? Borderlands? who knows, the one thing I do know is that FE is like a breath of fresh air, and I am loving it.

Trolls are just mad cause Fallen Earth is doing really well. Thats why they have to make new account and post all the false trash they do about this game and others. It's all cause they know games are comming out now that are giving WoW a run for it's money, IE Aion and Fallen Earth.

I've seen this point made a few times against Icarus, that if they want to charge big studio prices we should hold them to big studio standards. I think it is a rubbish perspective.
It is a choice we make. There are pros and cons either way. I can go to the fast food chains and be assured of getting exactly the same hamburger I got last time within an impressive number of seconds of ordering it. Or I can go to the local, family owned takeout, wait a longer time pay a little extra but get a hamburger that I find tastier and more substantial.
There are benefits to dealing with a small, independent company - fresh ideas, straight talking from the devs, the balls to do things a bit differently and stick to their own vision - and there are some disadvantages.
In the case of FE and Icarus I'll take the advantages over the disadvantages any day of the week.
played for the 30days, Found the game to be on some what of a flat plain. Kinda boring.... It was a waist for me..

Seriously, there is a proper method to trolling that does not include out and out attacking a game, sheesh.
Title posts such as "Not really my style", "Not the game for me" or even "Some good some bad" will garner more serious perusing then "OMG, THIS GAME SUCKS!!!!!!!". (unless your looking for some amusement by seeing a Troll get torched in the thread)
Then, pick 5-7 things you say you dislike, add in 2 or 3 things you liked and you have the perfect "troll" post. Use your dislikes and likes as simple opinions without seeming to "attack" and, voila, perfect troll post.
More negative then positive without seeming to attack, more respect from both sides and will garner more serious consideration then an "attacking" post.

I crack up at these types of posts.
FE is surely not without its problems (which most are getting fixed at an alarming rate by attentive and intelligent developers)
But since I've been playing it, I must be one of the lucky ones to see none of the issues all these "QQ Hate" posts are about.
I'm not going to say I've not hit a bug or 2, but remarkably, sending a tell to a GM in game and having him answer within 10 seconds and fix the issue for me, yea, I can't complain.
I've leveled from 15 - 21 almost exclusively crafting - slow sure, but it IS possible.
I have the most annoying and picky group of gaming friends, who all are extremely enjoying the game. Hell, one of them has the worst character A.D.D. of anybody, for the first time in 5 years I've gamed with him, he's fully engrossed in his Fallen Earth character and advancement, I really think that says something about the depth and draw of the game. - I think it is amazing!
And I don't know, maybe my set up is just better than everybody else's (ha!) but I really can't see where all the graphic complaints come from..
But truthfully, I'm glad this game is getting this "hate" - as others have said, it means it is successful!
(However, the game would be perfect... if only I had more Salvaged Fasteners..........)

Flat can still be pretty awesome.
You know a game has become successful when you get these kind of post. Clearly, the person posting has either played the game and is unsatisfied and wishes all those that try it to be so aswell or he simply wants to troll all games that show a sign of success. I myself have tried FE and didn't find it to my liking, but I think it's a great game that replicas many things SWG pre NGE did right.
