As I have stated in another form on this topic, I have yet to purchase or play WoW. I have been waiting for bugs to be worked out and to see general reaction to the game. But I think Blizzard is doing a good job on this one. Get the problems fixed before creating new ones by continuously overloading more servers. Listen to the customers you have and get it right before adding new ones. If you don't agree just look at Horizons and there customer service. It was horible and even when the bugs in the game and lag did not drive us all away customer service never failed to make us want to leave. You cannot turn a deaf ear to your customers, their input keeps your game alive.

not trying to flame ya at all, but yur going to wait till the bugs get worked out? that dosnt sound fun....these are video games that are pushed out pre-maturely due to real world fiscal shit, so they kinda evolve over time, whats happening in wow right now is something special in history of gaming where all these people are coming together and rocking all of blizzard's servers and making an online gaming precedence....

servers will go down, problems will happen, lag will appear, and people will grief....thats part of mmorpg life....i've played alot of wow since release and its had like 5 or 6 ruff days, dude thats so chill for this massive game

dont get it twisted, i'm not riding on blizzard's balls, i just want to share some of the awesomeness with ya, but some of my real life friends dont like wow cuz its 3d and some are like fuck that pop shit; so that just shows  people are weird and you have to just jump sometimes w/o lookin; have fun.

My server is fortunately up all the time. SO I'm good.
Stop making it sound like ALL the servers are down.
You look like idiots complaning when you dont even play the game.

I still play, but I won't be for long because of the login and latency issues.  I like Blizzard but I am not going to keep forking over money for this.  I might check it out in the future but for now, no WoW for me.

The inauguration?  Another fantasy virtual world which I will never buy!  image  Luckily for us, even the worst run MMORPG company is better run than GWB virtual world!  Maybe GWB can appoint some Horizons or Shadowbane devs to become policy wonks!

Too late.  This publicity just convinced me not to bother with the game.

Thank you. Hopefully you were on Blackrock server. I wish more people would cancel from that server. Now go and play EQ2 to L20 and then cancel that game as well. Once you find out you can't do anything (not even explore some of the dungeons) without a full group, you'll be reaching for the cancel button before you know it.

My thoughts exactly. How come they had more copies of the game on sale than they could possibly handle? Greed is obviously not their only vice :)

The problem wasn't having enough servers. They had enough servers. The problem is they didn't make ALL 80+ servers available right at launch time. They only had about 50 servers available and those started filling up quicker then they expected. If they had opened ALL their servers right from the start, I don't think they would have had as many problems as they are having now. I think the servers would have evened out a bit better. They should have just CAPPED the servers at 5K and forced people to make accounts on the lower servers.

You wouldn't have been able to find it to buy it anyway. Unless you got it off of Ebay. LOL!!
