PS.. the very first sentence from the link you provided:

Terms of service (abbreviated as "ToS" or "TOS")[1] are rules by which one must agree to abide by in order to use a service

I don't think it could be much clearer than that......

    What service are they providing?

Is that a rhetorical question or are you seriously asking that?

I was going to go all formal and bring out definitions of "service", talk about how maintaining servers and providing connectability is service and all, but dictionary beat me to the punchline.

Servicing: the act of mating by male animals; "the bull was worth good money in servicing fees"

Seeing how SV is screwing everyone over, that might be the closest to service they're providing. image

I am seriously asking.  Just the word service is in a standard legal document does mean they proved a serive.  There is no  "Terms of Product", or "Terms of Goods"  document.

I was pointing out that even people who use Wiki understand that the "Terms of Serivce" is a standard legal document.  That game companies use for online interaction between players.image

Maybe you should learn to debate.  Here I though that the people who hate MO would know what they are talking about.  But, it looks like when they a back in to a corner.  They whipe out an Emote. Like: image, image.  Since he does want to name the serivce which SV is providing.  I win this debate.image
