    You guys can download these files directly and install them manually if you go to ffxicore.com.  Takes about 2 minutes.

    The bad news is that they are releasing patches faster than their downloader can send them out. :(

    or just use Utorrent and open the download files in the download directory.

    The get done in about 2 min at most and then launch game and play :)

    meh, can't seem to get a key anyway so no need to hurry the download. If I get a key I will probably do that but until then I am somewhat curious how long this downloader will take. Been two days so far.
