I logged into the site and I was shocked I had to look twice I couldn't believe my eyes! Ryzom...with in the top rated MMOs! Finally! The game that I enjoy playing is actually getting the credit it deserves. Viva Ryzom!

the thing i can`t understand ist the, in comparision, very low rate on craphics. HEy, this rate ist far worse than the one DAOC got! And as a person qho played both... Daoc is like.. a gameboy in comparision to SoR.
I woul draw some points in the content part an add them to graphics an fun, maybe drag some too for the sound (likes to play without any game sound)
but i think it deserves a higher place. Lacks the hype and mass to keep it up meh

I have tried a few online games and enjoyed them, but Ryzom is is truly exceptional, and deserves a very high rating.
There are only 2 drawbacks at the moment:
1. At times there can be frustrating lag (but them again, I have experienced the same thing elsewhere, so this is not really a negative when compared to others)
2. There has not been enough US promotion, so that the population of the world is still at the low end. This is good in some ways, giving plenty of room to roam, but more people would allow for more development of the story line, more interaction, and more resources for Nevrax to develop the game.

Strangly I haven't had much lag so far. Sometimes.. but that happens with all games.

Seconded!! Ryzom is such a special game. It has immense potential and simply is different from the games that used to be out there. The whole wold, the new races and so on... and I tell you one thing. If this ryom-ring thingy is as good as it sounds, we are gonna pass the games in no time
i think ryzom is so different to other mmorpgs, people how never played it shout not say it is bad. test the free trial an you will get a better meaning about it, i am sure.

And I dont see why city of heroes gets a higher score, I played beta and it was boring like hell
