Is it gonna release for NA on Feb 4th, or just for Europe? Also, where will the server be located? I'm a bit confused after reading this...

It will be open to everyone on the 4th. The boxed version is only availble in EU.
As for the server location, it is east coast USA; city has not been stated.

It will be released for digitial download from the games website for everyone. Iceberg is currently the only distributer who will sell the box version but they ship internationally.
The games comming out Feb 4th everywhere.
The servers are located on the East coast of the USA.

Might give this a go if it the general consensus is "good" after launch.
Earthrise will be available for digital download through the main game page for $49.99.
I am not sure when they will start selling.
The server is going up in Hartford Ct. So if your in the tri states your set!!!
Well I will definately get good ping if it is in Hartford :P (I live about 15 minutes away from the city). Still going to wait and see the reviews though before jumping into this game.

Last I heard they were going to be using GNi, which is now defunkt, and thus, all we know is east coast.
I hope this game does well.
