Here is a great build creator for GW2 that was created by Folken22 from GW2guru.

With this tool you can create your own builds by selecting things such:
Race
Profession
Main-hand/Off-hand or 2-handed weapons including Underwater weapons
Second weapon set
Healing, Utility and Elite skills
Downed and Drowning state skills
Traits
Profession mechanics are also shown.
This tool also has the ability to directly link and upload your build straight to your favorite forum.
There is a language selection of English or French.
With this tool you can create your own builds by selecting things such:
Profession
Main-hand/Off-hand or 2-handed weapons including Underwater weapons
Second weapon set
Healing, Utility and Elite skills
Traits
Profession mechanics are also shown.
This tool also allows you to save the builds you create.
It includes a built in search system that allows you to browse among any builds that are saved.

Pretty cool build creator. The idea of a thief with Dual Pistols is rather appealing to me right now, but I'm hoping one of the other two classes announced will hit me the right way. A Charr thief with dual pistols.... hmm... I'm almost excited to test that one out.

I already have tried everything it has to offer untill now, and I could finally see the potential of the Ranger, and I got a much better opinion about the Warrior too!
This is lovely. This will keep me going for maybe a week before I curl back up to hibernate until GW2 releases.

This tool is superfluous for the common GW2 Wiki lurker-troll. I've had my builds made the moment the lists went static after the demos.
But since it makes it nice and easy to link them out:

Nice tool , it have been done before! But now with some of the latest updated info! I am not sure it needs a sticky yet, because it doesn't learn you that much so far. ( i miss traits!)

Epic warrior AoE build, only available every 12minutes - Activate "for great justice" + Signet of might + Destruction + volley = all enemies in an area will die.

I just love that the metagame for abilities has already started. And to think people worried customisation would not be detailed or interesting enough.
I really like this guardian. I like how signets work, and I think this will make for a very powerful character that can really help out allies with the way area effects work.

Wow, even this not half-complete builder boggles the mind at how many combinations there will be. Guess ANet wasn't joking when they said more than thousand possible in just one profession.
Yea and this is only one weapon set, with only a part of the weapon skills, healing skills, utility skills and elite skills. And then there's racial skills which we only know a few of, traits, attributes, equipment... And people said GW2 was dumbed DOWN compared to GW1. Sure, if you only look at the total amount of skills in the game and the lack of dual professions but seriously how can you still claim GW2 is dumbed down?
Yeah, I really like what I see here.
