Eh? Who told you that? Without feat points I doubt you'd be able to get to level 80, or at least it would be very very hard. Maybe you are thinking of AA (Alternate Advancement) points? Subscribers don't get any of that before level 80 either so that's no biggie.

On a side note I dont see why alot of MMO's are offering a F2P model as another option I suppose other options are good but $15 is like the price of 3 fast food meals or 3 packs of smokes its cheap like 50 cents a day entertainment.

The Blood&Glory server is in the last testing stages, it'll be a bit longer. Which is good IMO, wouldn't want the F2P and B&G surge happening at the same time, it could lead to some unforeseen problems.

Free players will get forum sections to find a guild, and once they do, yes they will have guild chat

That is true, but again they'll need to buy the expansion or spend money in the store for access. Better off just plonking down the sub fee tbh. Straight up free to play players won't have access to any of that though. The ones from the vendors ain't cheap and give very little. I don't think Bori is accessible to them either which was cheap in it's own crappy way.
That being said, the F2P games i've dipped my toes into had plenty of people willing to shell out a few bucks here and there at least.

Also can we do any professions as f2p...i dont mind paying the sub fee..but im sure the population will be bigger on the f2p..than again i dont even know if they seperate sub and f2p players ..i now EQ2 does.
As long as i can still use auction house and mail system + professions i will be happy with the content that is free for awhile.
that way i can just sub when i hit level cap...which would take a few months.

Well colour me disapointed. Hit Level 24 today, and the fact i cannot chat in game to anyone has made me cancel. I WANT to group, but have no way of talking, it wont let me talk in global, LFG, TRIAL. Hell i even went to the forums to ask and F2P players cannot post on the forums (EU)
It's quite obvious that we F2P players are the red headed children of the game. Despite the fact if we buy dungeons and new chars, bags etc from the Item shop, we would spend much much more than a subbing player. We just arent good enough to be aloud to chat to the Subbing players i guess.
I could live with all the other heavy restrictions on the F2P, ie the low low inventory slots, or the only having 4 of 12 chars. But not allowing us to communicate in game is not conducive to getting us people to stay in the game. Im sure that others, like me when they reach the game outside the starting tortage place, and realise they have no way to advertise for groups, or talk to others, will just leave.
They need to let us F2P players be able to chat after we leave Tortage, otherwise im fairly sure this alone will doom the F2P of AoC.

I can't be 100% sure about it, but from what I read I understood that F2P players are barred from the global channel - and apparently also the trade and lfg channel - so I suspect also from the Cimmeria, Stygia and Aquilonia channel, but you'll have access to /say, tells and guildchannel, group channel and raid channel.
Besides that, there was some general F2P channel that was in the pipeline to which F2P players would have access too.
