i personally, cant see anything wrong with the devs restoring his characters a week after he deleted them. Lets just hope the devs learnt their lesson from the russian experience, they were to naive and fools to put any trust in a cheater and hacker what so ever.
As long as the policy is consistent I would agree. If this is a case of "special attention" that goes against normal policy then I would disagree. Guess it depends on what the normal policy is on restoring deleted characters.

Ehh I have been playing MMOS since 1997 and I really do not agree with it. It opens the door for anyone deleteing thier chracter for whatever reason and then asking for it to be reinstated. Then they will have to do everyone.
SV needs to learn to be more hands of in areas like that.
