How long do you expect to keep subbed to this game?
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

off and on depending on my needs, cause thats just how I fly.
Furry criters are everywhere!
I chose off-and-on because I've recently made up my mind to be more flexible in my gaming. Playing one here, another there...... That is unless this turns out to be my new crack.
I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil
jesus lets hope not
Put over a year. The fact that I want to play through every story line alone means I will be there for time, and I am pretty certain Bioware will be pretty quick with rolling out updates.
My Guild Wars 2 Vids
I chose 2 - 3 months as realistically, I'll play the classes I find most interesting - and the ones I find least interesting I've already played in Beta.
But, for me, staying subbed to a game for more than 2 months is a pure winner, nothing has held me for longer than that in recent years.
It will be an off and on thing, but I expect to only sub for 1 or 2 months every year after my initial play through. There are just too many games out there to religiously sub and play for years on end. Especially with all the great new titles coming out -- TSW, GW2, Archeage, (amongst the tons of SP games, ME3, Skyrim Expansions, Kingdoms of Amalur.. and the list goes on)
4-6 months
I like the storylines so I do want to play them all as well. I also had a pretty good time in pvp.
Over a year. Mainly because of the folks I'll be playing with and their level of fanatacism. It's kinda contagious.
I chose off and on as well...
I won't stop playing my other games, they may just slow down for a while. While I definately enjoy SWTOR, I don't treat my games like my marraige. I have no need to be 'exclusive'
I can afford multiple subs, so I do!
Personally i choose 4-6 months, because by then GW2 may be availalbe. If SWTOR is really good, it may change to off and on after that depending of the avaialble content in Both SW:TOR and GW2

I put 4-6 months. I honestly don't plan or expect a game to keep my interest for years. If they do, it's a pleasant surprise.
There's no way for me to say. I wouldn't ever plan on throwing my life out the window for any length of time, but I never planned on playing SWG for 2 years.
I wont buy it because i'll rather wait a couple months for it to go F2P
I expect 4-6 months then the story should have been played thru and i look for TSW and Mechwarrior Online.

What i dont understand is the people who voted ill never play this game , why in the name of odins raven are they hanging about in the forum answering posts about a game they never want to play.
I dont know what it is but this game has attracted all the nutters in the forum who all they want to do is bash the game to bits. There is far too much bollox and not enough objectivity.
I wasnt lucky enough to play the game so i cant even claim to be a fan boy myself but alot frorm my old school clan/guild which has gamers dating all the way back to quake 2 and have played every game of note since, every one of them say this is one of the most polished games pre release they have ever seen and thats enough for me over some random nameless whiner who managed to play an hour of the game and think it qulifies them to decide the game is rubbish.
/Sigh
Greatness is difficult to appreciate from close up. The great mountain on the horizon is only the ground when you are standing on it.
I put still servers close If they had a lifetime sub I'd sign up for that. I haven't been hooked on a game like ToR since EQ1, DAoC and Pre NGE SWG. An i'm a huge fan of KotOR even remember thinking back than that making a MMO of KotoR would be simply amazing and here we are 8 years later about to have one.
I've never played an MMORPG more than 6 months, so going with off and on depending on whatever else in gaming/life is going on.
Your post can go both ways...
You caring about why people are voting negatively is just about the same as them caring to vote. Some people may have had high hopes for the game and were let down in some shape or form.
it takes more to liking a game than just polish.Just becuase somone played the game "for an hour" and think it qualifies them to decide the game is totally awesome could also qualify as rubbish..
I thought AoC was fantastic when I beta'd to 20 in tortage...then I bought the game and......not so much.
I will be playing with friends as well. That factor really does help to lengthen the lifespan of a game.
Realm vs realm conflict(24/7 persistent) is a joke at this point. So zero interest until that changes dramatically.
Games I'm really interested in, I just usually go with 1 year sub, so I have the whole year to see it all. yes I'm that casual of a player these days.
Don't hold your breath !
I chose 4-6 months I know I will give it at least that at a minimum.
I plan on playing it a long time as long as Bioware puts out good updates and regularly!

All my opinions are just that..opinions. If you like my opinions..coolness.If you dont like my opinion....I really dont care.
