You guys loose so much time hating and posting the same stuff over and over again like it would even matter to the majority...
Cya around; right now I am waiting a little to enter in this weekend beta.
Lose time? I wasn't aware I needed to save it for something. That aside, I don't care what other players think about my opinions. I care what Bioware thinks.
I will contiue to redress my concerns with this game wherever I think it will be heard. I love Bioware's games. I want to see them continue to succeed. What's more, I would LOVE a Bioware MMO with the open flexibility ot Dragon Age (or heck, even Mass Effect!)
My fear is that is ToR fails, it might harm Bioware over time, and prevent them from making another, better game. I'm hoping they consider tweaking some of the things myself and many other players have noted as problems to that end. I don't expect them to re-write the entire game for me; but they can certainly use feedback to make improvements.
Bad video, bad presentation, and boring looking gameplay.
Put some emotion and passion in your voice.
If she put any more excitement in these videos, your computer would most likely explode due to the sheer amount of excitement.
Honestly, if you don't want to play the game, ok, go back to WoW with your pandas, or whatever. You don't need to rage on a website about how disappointed you are. Also, if you don't like her swagg, theres no need to criticize her, thats how she rolls, and I honestly couldn't imagine her with any different type of swagg, let her do her, jeez.
Btw, I think Ewoks are much cooler than Jawas... jus saying

Just received an email from Bioware. They come here every hour just to read your posts and are seriously considering making a MMO just to suit your taste. You will get news soon. How exciting!
this was as fine a review as any. but best of all you have a lengthy line of responses and really, in the end, thats what companies like mmorpg.com look at: can you bring in the numbers.
i would offer one suggestion, please do not take offense, just a habit from growing up with a dad who did tv floor production. the suggestion is to watch the hands. there are moments when the movements fit perfectly and would have greater impact if you weren't moving them into the view of the camera all the time.
great work, hope you find some success in this.

lol all the couch-critics sitting behind their computers like they are pros
Haters are gonna hate, don't listen to em girl - The video was fun. Although your brief teemo/lol clips has me wanting to fire up LoL again - Which is dangerous because finals aren't quite over just yet.
lol at the anonymous critics of people who are just as anonymous as they are.

and, fyi, i really wasn't critizing i thought it was a well done review. and i really did like that she called it sweater. i'd heard every other attempt at a pronounciation shortening, but i liked hers the best.

a dull bug ridden day of SWG/beta lauch was more exciting than watching this video.. not to mention the motion captured combat animations... but all that creativity is a long time ago in a place far far away
WoW... uh.. i mean, wow! all these people who hate the beta of SWTOR and talk about how much better WoW is or some other unmentioned MMO and yet they waste their time to post in here. if you don't like the game, don't play it. it just means less people online to lag the game or increase the queue.
it's evident you people have forgotten what it was like playing a game on your computer with a monochrome screen and having to select your actions from a list off to the side of the screen. back in the days when everything was on a daughter card and you had a whole Meg of system RAM if you were lucky. just enjoy the game for what it is.... in a not so distant future, we won't be playing games like SWTOR on our PCs or consoles but on our phones instead. then you won't complain about the graphics watching it on your 3" display versus your 19-24" monitors.
oh, and before you flame my post, don't waste your time. i'm old enough to be most of you kids' grandfather and you can't get a rise out of me. i'm too old to care about what you think. btw... pull up your pants. running around with your a s s hanging out is stupid. i'm embarrassed for your parents letting you do asinine garbage like that. LOL

You do have to remember that Bioware does not own the IP. LA sets the standards and validates decisions. Bioware must abide by the IP. I am not a big fan of working with IP that is owned by outside companies.
The only thing that troubles me about Swtor, is the Hardcore "Kung-fu Panda online" gamers that they jump from one forum to another and start the proffesional hating. We found some of those no-lifers in beta. I hope they just stay out of this Awesome MMO-RPG because i am kinda tired to spend my time on puting names in my ignore list.
Btw Grats Poccet for One thing. You must have "Big Cohones" to dare making a video and say what you like about this game and post it on this forum. Grats again!!!
Pokket, next time you duck, come up with a right hook. Just sayin'. I'm not a fan of hype, but I will say that my interest level in the game goes up as I play more. At 70 hours of play, and after trying the ultra-stable december 3rd build, I am sold. This is the KOTOR game I'm looking for.

You forgot the obvious, it's a new game with a bunch of bad pvprs to grind on. I've never seen so many clueless pvp players as I have in the past few betas. I hope there's some actual competition when the servers go live.

Seriously guys,,,
i dont like the cartoony looking graphics myself. the more i find out about this game the less likely i think i am to play.
Nothing against the pretty face, but be honest... if it was a guy talking that shallow and boring anyone here would rage against.
the video is just bad.
Completely agree

Below is the content of the post:
HAHAH are u KIDDING me? lol Wow. Mention panda's and get 'moderated' So amusing
That was really annoying. The only reason this video has more than three responses is because it is a female video.

Her talk of Open World and Wow fit with Swtor as well, also only have one spot being Open PvP doesn't fix the PvP problem with level based games.
After playing Beta, IMO - Star Wars Galaxies (early time before Sony stepped in) is still the best Star Wars MMO.
Reason #11: the chance to game with a hottie like Pokket
