People rolling on already full servers? BAD idea.

dont get upset at people cuase they want to play on the large population servers. blame EA for not haveing cross server warzones and grouping.

playing on a low population server in TOR sucks. there is hardly anyone around to group with or pvp.

most people remember when WoW didnt have cross server BG/Groups.. it took FOREVER to do anything. 1-2hour BG queus and finding a group was a nightmare.

Nightmare Lands EU has to be the worst. The on-screen estimate says 25mins but I have been waiting for at least 40 now. This is getting tiresome...

Played on a RP-PVE server and never had to wait in any ques. Course I picked a standard one and at last look it is heavy.

    Currently Playing: World of Warcraft

The obvious solution is to create characters on one of the newly opened servers.  If you can (not tied to one spot by a guild), you probably should.  Queues are only going to get worse, and the most you can lose at this point is a week of progress.

It's only going to be harder to do, later on.  This coming weekend is going to be a nightmare otherwise.

On the other hand, this kind of interest is good news for the game in the long run.

Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.

That's not much of an option if you already got a somewhat higher lvl character and dont feel like rolling yet another alt.

Considering they're launching with 200+ servers, I think you may be correct. Regardless of the quality, retention value, etc...

Sounds to me like they caved to the queue complaints (at least a bit). Whatever the reason, I think it's too many.

Wow...I dunno guys, this is a huge launch...biggest I think I have ever seen for any game.   Some of the servers are crashing under the weight of people trying to log in.  I have to admit, right now, this is an amazing launch...I just hope that Bioware can handle the load...think it is late on the east coast and the west is nearing midnight.    So the real crush will come sometime tomorrow and the follwoing days(Christmas)...we could actually see upwards of 400 servers and that, that would be mind blowing to say the least.

I dunno if you're trolling or not....  but I like this game a lot and 400 servers would make me facepalm.

This queue thing is insane in some servers , I saw some with almost 2h waiting time ! they should have came up with a way to prevent people from rolling in max pop servers . I wish if they would allow us to move char between servers , I would be happy to move to less pop server to avoid the queue .
