for those who are bored waiting look up mount and blade, it has a free trial to try out... I hope Roma-victor is a lot like it in terms of fighting style... tis lots of fun! LIke a Pirates except medieval style.
Yeh i already completed the free trial twice lol. Sucks that you have to pay for the full thing though cause it isnt really a game id pay for, you move around the map in a RTS kind of way the only good part is the fighting and thats pretty good actually cause its third person (my favourite) and twitch based. Anyway for those who want to download it and try it out i recommend it.

They really shouldn't have said we would be recieving an email within the next 48 hours if they knew that something might go wrong, or it would be delayed. It would be better if they had just said we would be recieving an email shortly or something.

Thanks for stopping by and confirming that you haven't just forgotten about us, and sorry for my complaining. I know we have been chosen to beta test the game and that's exactly what I plan on doing but I'm still anxious to try it out even though it isn't a complete game yet .

Ahh Kanoth, I just read over the front page of Roma Victor again and it says the game will be released this autumn. Is this still for sure seeing as how things are a little delayed?

From what I know, the release is still on schedule for sometime this fall. Obviously this can change as it does for many games, but for now fall looks good.

I think Kanoth has also mentioned before that MMORPG assigned the date of 09/30/2005, that is not an RB suggested date. They contend, as you posted, that a "fall release" is what is planned, and nothing more specific than that.

I'm afraid we've had some database troubles to deal with and that's rather interrupted things as far as this contest is concerned.
