There is a cancel subscription there plain as day for me. I think Rift is the only one of the AAA games where its off the beaten path (Rift uses a link not a button)
Where is the cancel button? On my sub page it says I have no sub/no game time... yet if I open up sub details..there's a reoccuring payment ready to go, but no cancel.

They are aware of the cancellation button missing bug, it's issue 150122-apple their devs are working on a patch which will be released after your credit card has been charged, they are sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully will have the fix to this bug out before the next months charges come out yet again. Again, they are sorry but their policies are not to issue any refunds of monthly subs at this point and they wish you happy fun game time.

But when I click on the "subscribe" button it shows all my billing information and says I will be billed tomorrow. So since it says I have no playtime, there is nothing to cancel, but when I go to subscribe to set up a subscription everything is already there saying I will be billed tomorrow. Bug? most likely. I don't want to cancel so I'm not worried about it at the moment, and when I do want to cancel if it stays like this, I will simply remove my cc info.

Crafting was a disappointment, PVP... terribad, graphics... ugh
Also this whole PVP Ilium exploit debacle, AND the credit mail exploit, AND the fact that im going on vacations for 15 days and don't want to pay 15$ for 15 days.

I don't doubt that the button wasn't there for some. I had trouble registering my security key, because the server kept serving me the version of the security key page you get after you've registered it, rather than the page to actually register it. On advice, I refreshed the page a number of times and it eventually served up the right version.
If you are sure you are in the right place and the cancel button is missing, try refreshing the page until it shows up.

I don't know about this issue as I am not playing the game but just to be sure if you don't want to be charged on your card and can't seem to cancel your account you can contact your bank and have them block any future or incoming charges.

I can confirm i had this issue. There was no way to unsub on my acct page. I had to use some link someone posted on the forum to actually cancel then delete my CC. Its not a bug everyone is getting though.
It does however annoy me, especially after what happened with warhammers acct management. EA are just very sloppy with customer service stuff.

I dont know about EA, but it seems like SOE used to perma ban accounts if the owner used chargeback on their account. Might wanna make sure this is not the case if you ever intend to return.

Wow, this is a sign of desperation. I just went to their website(thought this was a joke) and seems a few people are confused as to how to unsub.
My opinion of EA couldn't go any lower, but I have to admit they once again shocked me.
