DDO pushed back to Q1

Just read this on Gamespot. Seems that DDO has been pushed back again. At least the Alpha testing has started. Check out the article here:

    I can't believe it!   I also can't open up your link to read the article.  Oh now I really hope that I can get into the beta.  Anyway this is my life why not wait for a game for a full year I wonder how this will affect the HYPE!

    Yep, I'm not surprised at all either. Delays are so common with MMOs that I find it funny that there are those that get upset about it when it happens.

    Not that I'm overly hyped about this game anymore anyhow.

    i dont think people get upset for the delay itself, just that they have been waiting for the game for so long. As of right now the market is few on new good games to play.

    MXO was pushed back like 6 months from the original date.

    If you notice he put 2 HTTP://  in front of the post.  CUt one of them out and you got the web page.  that sucks, looking foward to it. now i gotta choose between it and Vanguard. SIGH

    The release date has been set (again) to 2/28/06, found this out when I pre-ordered the game.

    Yeah... I am preordering that and Conan.  DDO is going to be great though... trust me ;) as the great Pres. Bush would say.

    Why?

    If they push it back far enough hype will dwindle, other games will be released and DDO will fall to the way side.  That could be the reason turdbine is pushing preorders so hard.  They know.   A slow start could kill the game, not that I think it has much of a future anyways.

    It’s been bumped twice before I posted on it genius. Since you are so diligent at looking at dates I am disappointed in you for missing it.  Besides it’s new to me
