I am waiting for GW2.But it still have a long time.I need someting to do.So I am playing SWTOR .But too be honest, its a single game not a good MMORPG game.
Anyone like me,when GW2 come out, then forget SWTOR and play GW2?
Comments
Totalbiscuits first impression videos have me very interested in GW2.
I will be. My friends are the only ones keeping me in SWTOR atm. I'm trying to get them off that bandwagon, as there are seriously more fun games to be played. I think they're willing to give GW2 a shot once it comes out, though.
Cancelled SWTOR a couple of weeks ago, playing Rift.
Awaiting GW2 anxiously, but enjoying Rift a lot with friends, so will have to play both
(thank you ANet for no subs )
Nope, while I am going to try GW2, I see no reason play SWTOR. I deleted it before my paid time was up, it's a celebration of mediocrity.
I only have like ten days on my swtor account to go I cancelled weeks ago. When the sub is up, i'm done with SWTOR.
Untill GW2 comes I'll take a wee break and jump on my xbox.
Well i already left SWTOR for GW2, i could not bring myself to pay for another month of sub when i was playing more offline games.
Sorry i have to ask this but if a guy named Sheeep has his first post in the SWTOR forum asking if they are leaving the game, just seems like a troll attempt, but maybe i am reading too much into it.
No offense intended, just seemed an odd choice of a name, then a first post, and the context of the post.
Lolipops !
Ditto.
Nope, definately not like you.... and I echo the posters above me!
I don't need another mmorpg to give up on SWTOR...
I stopped playing after the 1st month ...
Sorry... I just noticed your name and the post count and then I realise, 1st post in SWTOR forum asking about leaving for GW2.
Are you serious or just trolling?

Have you been locked in your basement a couple of weeks?
Ballerinas are always on their toes. Why don't they just get taller ballerinas?
Still subbed to SWTOR, but after deciding to play Tera I have lost the will to log in suddenly.
Only problem for GW2 fans is they really don't know when they'll be actually playing, so the draw probably won't be as strong.

NOPE. Still having more fun in TOR than I've ever had in any other MMO. I have no interest in leaving that for a cash shop game that caters to the e-peen crowd.
Currently Playing: World of Warcraft
Quitted SWTOR and waiting for GW2, yah, SWTOR is history sadly.
No, Guild wars is actually boring why play that it is just another Sword and Magic game.

I'm probably quitting SWTOR relatively soon. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy GW2 right away though, or wait for the price to drop a bit. I'll see....
same here ........
I'm already not playing SWTOR anymore. I'll wait for a development company that doesn't have it's head up it's arse and evolves the genre further than WoW did. Like how the genre evolved before too many developers began to ruin the genre by wanting to appear "innovative" by trying to turn the clock back before WoW (but pretending they were doing something "new")
The next good MMO will be one that takes the WoW positives and expands on them, and adds some new twists that MMO players actually want. One that caters to gamers, not tools that just because they finally land a dev job, suddenly think they know better than gamers. Or RPers and wannabe game designers spouting on forums instead of actually PLAYING a MMO.
The way things are looking though, that won't be until Blizzard decides to make another MMO.
RPers have consistently twisted what RPG means. In doing that, and consistently being the most vocal minority on pretty much every gaming related site, they are slowly killing the genre.
I ended up cancelling SWTOR 3 weeks ago myself. After my 3rd level 50 it finally caught up to me and I no longer had a desire t ogo through another storyline. Was sort of hoping that a dungeon finder would of came out by now because as much as I hate dingeon finder, SWTOR is in desperate need of 1.

Saw this posted on the front page. I never tried SWTOR so cant really give up on it, but might give GW2 a try if it comes out this year. I would only try SWTOR if it went FTP or if I won some sort of a MMORPG.com prize that was SWTOR free for a year.
I cancelled SWTOR 2 weeks ago and might come back to it if Bioware replaces its entire Dev Team.
