I get the impression you'd like to see tera or EME go down in the US. All cause of the IP blocking and not about all this legal stuff. All the TERA fanboys are slagging on NCSoft for sueing the companies that employed EX-NCSoft people whom stole trade secrets.
I am glad neither BHS or EME were found guilty, I am however glad that the EX-NCSoft employees were fined and charged.
NCSoft was well within their right to sue, and in the end justice was served and restitution was made.
Perhaps this will teach all companies involved to write and enforce stricter contracts for their employees, they may not be bullet proof, but this latest case will certainly make potential 'thieves' think twice before leaving their company with private information.
