I actually was logged in, no crash or anything, just a delay when using skills and switching weapons. So I logged off after changing graphics setting to speed up performance and also to check out some builds I had made from earlier but now I can't get back in.... ALL OF YOU STOP SO I CAN PLAY!!!!!
i did create the char and got in to game and got few quests done but decided not to stream more since my core quad 6600 is complitely useless for this game ... http://www.justin.tv/corthagath/b/316335029

I had good times creating my caracter and watching the intro, then .. blank screen Is perfect till now !
Same here i thing the character was so awesome with my best name (couldn't beleive it wasn't taken), i think thats what corrupted the server, such an awesoem name untaken, its like dividing by zero.

I was able to log in fine with a new toon. However I logged out again and back in because I wanted to chose a server not be allocated one. And although it was still 5 mins to official start time, my original beta server where my other toons are was tagged Full.
It is annoying that we cant seem to chose a server from the list currently. The game locks up everytime I go to world select to chose another server.
I'm still getting the "Your Account is Prepared but there is not beta event currently going" message - I assume that's what everyone else is getting? - After a few logon attempts I get that the login servers are down. I'm assuming thats pretty consistant with everyone else.

I'm in but can't find one person in mists, I'm not press. Just died trying to take over a keep solo...got taken by guards, I'm on eu server that was chosen for the meet up

Servers seemed to survive for an hour now all login ones, forums and I guess game appear to be down.

I was able to log in fine with a new toon. However I logged out again and back in because I wanted to chose a server not be allocated one. And although it was still 5 mins to official start time, my original beta server where my other toons are was tagged Full.

Im getting a little lag, turned settings too low and set GW2.exe to high priority, that helped.
So far no crash issues, or log in issues

Connected, made char, watched into, blacked out, had to exit game, now I'm stuck with code 42 - unable to complete operation.
Yay
For anyone interested, keeps are certainly not soloable, starting areas are very easy, haven't experience to much lagg.
