That is all I had to read. I have had problems in other games in the past with Frogster. They had to address the public not to worry that they had gotten rights to Tera. I had a billing issue, I reloaded the page and accidently bought two Teras instead of 1 so I submitted a ticket from account management within minutes and never activated my second account. it took 1 weeks from the time I petitioned before a GM and they refunded my purchase. I'm happy as it was against the "no refunds" policy. Happened may 5th, refund was may 12th.
They had an online chat to a support GM thing, but I estimated it would take 4 hours to get to a Customer service rep during off hours.

You are certainly over dramatizing things... and no you cant over dramatize all you want when its such a small, fixible issue. Oh and who the hell spends weeks saving up for a $60 game? i mean really? like if your in a that bad (unheard of situation) then why the fuck would you spend money on a game in the first place.
First off you've offered nothing helpful or informative. Second if it was happening to you I would think you'd probably react a lot differently. Nothing like someone having a problem and then someone else belittling it and telling them its not big deal. Usually those are the types that loose their minds the most when it happens to them, but think everyone elses problems are miniscual by comparison. The one dramatizing things? Thats you. Its YOU. As with a lot of special kinds of people, they accuse others of things they themselves are guilty of doing sometimes at that very moment.
Also most people dont live with their moms. This type of situation can lead to bills of all kinds and sorts that sort of have to be paid. I wont bother explaining it further but for many, 60 bucks is a lot of money. No really. It is. Its called a recession bud. Electric bill, food, insurance, house payment, utility bills. Real life.
And the reason he would spend money on a game like that in the first place is BECAUSE HE SAVED UP FOR IT LIKE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT. Good deal? Okay then.
And if he's not an adult, by chance, then yea, 60 bucks would then again be quite a lot of money. Good for him saving up.
Where did you buy the game from? Did you buy directly from Frogster online shop or from another source?
I purchased from Tera but since the issue is banned account and a server issue, you could have it resolved through Tera. The OP didnt mention if was digital or box but I suspect the key was just never activated by tera as there is no way a key would already be banned during head start. Banned is proobably used as a catch all term, rather than you did somethingagainst ToS and can't play.
Too bad you're not in the US. EME is absolutely amazing at customer service.
You dont have to be in the US. As EU player you can play on EME servers perfectly fine. Thats what I do right now. I will never have anything to do with Frogster anymore and avoid them like the plague!
