And if there is one faction outnumbering the others, its usually dragon....go figure, ya dam whiners. Quit posting if you dont know.....Sure there are zergs but a group of 5 can easily sneak behind the others zerg and litereally destroy them, ive done it personally. Tactics wins fusang, you can think otherwise, but we use tactics, and it wins objectives. Easily send a group to one facilty as a distraction. while the main force takes another. That is what wins objectives. The people posting they know this, or they know that are lying. I have over 20 days testing CB and the game does have it flaws. The pvp is fast and not as zergy as you people claim.

If you dont know shit about the game or in general the pvp, dont post, your making yourself seem stupid.

Yall asked for a CB to tell ya what is really going on. Just told you. The factions are extremely balanced for a fvfvf.

With that being said, in OB people are very zergy, they dont use tactics, they just pvp and usually have fun. When launch happens you will see what fusang is really about, tactics. Honestly if you solo que for a FvFvF then your just plain stupid anyways...There is no 1v1, get over it. If your going to que solo, do one of the other 2 instanced pvp zones, they are more for solo queing.

And to you GW2 fanbois, we dont come to your forums and talk shit. Get over it that there are people who like TSW better then GW2, I for oen am sick of the fantasy bullshit that has been so "overplayed" stick to your own forums...Dam kids!

And for the ones that are going to troll me, Wont hurt me a bit, enjoy.

wasn't aware only super fans of a certain game owned these forums and yes many people go to the GW2 forums just to flame it.. happens with every game so shouldn't be any surprise. Also I never saw it even close to 33/33/33 in OB Templar by far dominated but mainly because many are using the templar they made from the earlier OB when that was the only faction available.

As i stated the balance i was saying was in CB.

FATE is there. Everyone has max everything since this weekend if you talk to him.

I know that was just saying people who played the OB didn't get to see this balance at all

I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. If I buy a candy bar at a store, oftentimes, I will drop it... so that it achieves its maximum flavor potential. --Mitch Hedberg

It isn't a gear issue just a numbers issue so many have templars from earlier OB since it was the sole faction you could play.. so now templar way over populates OB but it shouldn't be to bad at release.

I know its a shame. The OB pvp weekend was more of a test to see hwo many numbers the servers could hold in my honest opinion. But tactics does help a ton, just dont expect to see any in OB, not gunna happen.

Honestly if there is a faction that is underplayed in CB, its templar.

When launch happens I expect the numbers to be 40% nati, 35% dragon, 25% templar, to be honest. We will see.

Anyways cant wait for launch. Let the games begin! If anyone needs any help at all. Name will be Vect at launch, templars of course. Not playing in OB taking a break before launch.

I agree if you have no interest in a game I see no reason to go to another games forum to bash it.... but many people are critical and still like the game and just happen to like GW2 as well.. it's not hard to be a fan of GW2 and enjoy this game as well.

I can't name any... WoW maybe due to having arenas, but the lack of a real skill system hurts WoW bad imo.

Oh i agree, but the pvp is not nearly as bad as people say it is, especially in CB where its more balanced. Its a PvE game with some pvp to make people happy. If you get the game knowing this you will happy.

I didn't know that there was a rule which states that I cannot post on certain forums. Why do you post on GW2 forums?

I at least have the decency to aknowledge the positive features of TSW, while being critical of the negative, can you say the same about yourself in relation to GW2 or any other game for that matter?

Well, I've been playing the closed beta for almost a week now and so far I've been enjoying the game.  Pvp is fun nothing ground shattering but it's decent. sure the game need some tweaks but they are minor stuff.

As for PvP saving the game, If done right it could keep a few people entertained for months, this also depends on if Funcom can keep making new content on a regular basis to keep players happy.

What have you ever said good about TSW? The story is good? Then in the same sentence everything else sucks? What do you like about TSW?

There's not much I REALLY like about GW2, but a lot of people sware by the game, so I ask questions. I want to know if I'm missing something. As you see 99% of my post overthere are questions.

I've also said many times I will probably buy GW2 at some point to replace SC2 has my change of pace game. I feel it's good enough to serve this purpose. I plan to play it like CoD.

edit - Out of 500 posts, I've posted about 14 times in the GW2 forums. To add to that NONE of them are bashing! The are questions lmao. You guys had me starting to believe that BS. hahah good one ;)

edit - I want an apology! hahah

Most of your posts on the GW2 forums are downright condencending. It's obvious that you have no interest in GW2 and only post there to belittle the game as you feel threatened by GW2 fans posting on TSW's forums. You're also known for posting misinformation in order to promote TSW but that's besides the point.

I actually don't have an issue with you posting anywhere, I just find your attempt to call me out, funny. Especially since I have TSW pre-ordered. Personally though, whenever I find myself annoyed by someone's criticism of a game I like, I take a step back and rethink my priorities.

Far enough man. I know that you like the game, because you've been playing it. It's just let's be honest the majority of your post about TSW are less than favorable. I ALMOST believe your heart is in the right place ;) You want the game to be better. Let's call a truce. Deal?

But, what objectives will open world PvP have?

Will they add more PvP options over time to normal servers too?

The huge zone is persistent. and holding control of the majority og the checkpoints in there will give your faction serverwide advantage buffs realtime. In other words that buff will jump around depending on who is in control. Pretty good stuff imo. So for me I would say PvP is really fun and really saves the day for TSW... with good margin.

Sadly its does not feel persistent, there are no ways to add to the defences of the capture points, It feels more like a huge battleground.  Maybe they should have added a modern version of keep sieges, and other things like that

Couldnt agree more with this statement. They really need to add some sort of "keeps", facilities, etc to make it more persistent. Copy DAOC's old version. You already have the three sides. .

If GW2 fails will it finally be the nail in the coffin for peopel wanting freebies?

    * Good, honorable, gamers will continue to pay the bills so freeloaders can enjoy the game.
    * Sandboxers and Carebears are 2 sides to the same coin.
