Ok, a thread for some fun. Who do you think is the biggest creature in an mmo when it comes to pure size. Not the best fight, just how big it is.
It also doesn't have to "completly" exist in-game yet, as long as there's evidence to support his future apperance.
For example, there's a thread in GW2 forums about a picture of Zhaitan showing his size. We know he'll be there, and while we don't know of the imagine is representative of the in-game model, it seems to be so.
Another example is TSW's monsters from the 4th CGI trailer. We know the raid in NY is coming it that creature seems to be there by some released pics.
On the other hand, the Titans from Warcraft lore is completly unknown. While Sargeras as been hinted to appear in the future, no good info exists, so, no go.
Already, who the you think the largest boss is? Just out of the top of my head, Zhaitan seems quite massive.

Gw2 dragons look pretty big.

I mean the ships from some space games could count as mobs.
Biggest I've seen were probably some dragons in various games. The Sleeper was fun to watch from EQ1.
The Rikti in City of Heroes is always fun to see attacked. All the players look like gnats buzzing the giant walkers.

You know, when you meantion that, if we consider the Titans from EVE, we got a winner.
Largest I can think of was Antharas in L2. Maybe some of the EQ1 dragons but that was a loooong time ago...

Sure, don't see why not as long as one knows the full size, or a really good portion of the full body, like Frodo was refering in Ulduar.
Kil' jaeden lower half body is stuck in the Sunwell, for example.Shar'Drahn from EQ1. You can see from the players below how big he is.
You can solo him now, he was pretty hard when he came out though.
Sleeper is pretty big too but not as big as Shar'Drahn. Vishimtar is pretty big too.
Yeah, since i never played EQ1 i couldn't know, but that dragon really is huge. Even if he was on 4 legs that's still quite massive.
Deathwing also is pretty big, since you have to fight on his damm back.
There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein

Yeah, that's why i meantioned Zhaitan, but i'm not too sure about his in-game size.
However, Deathwing, at least in-game, is much bigger than the commander dragons.
As an interceptor fighting:
Titans are the largest vessels in New Eden. As much a mobile space station as a ship, Titans are weapons of incredible power. Not only are they deadly on the battlefield, but their jump drives and ability to open jump bridges give them incredible logistical superiority. Some Titans are so massive they are capable of disrupting the tides of planets.[1] For centuries, it was only the empires who could construct these behemoths, but the rise in power of the capsuleers has seen them fall into private corporate hands.
In terms of size, it would have to be the MI Nexus Core from DarkSpace which is about 6,500 km wide according to the game lore.
I know, because I wrote it.

My feeling is the once you can no longer confortably show an entire creature on the screen, the game needs new mechanics to deal with it rather than just treating it as a larger circle on the ground with X million hit points. Let players get onto the creature as if it was a moving platform - make fighting it an entire adventure of climbing, swinging and searching for soft spots rather than just swinging swords at its toes.
I would say this...or I would say the Frost Giant World Boss out in the MIdgard Frontier area. (if I remember right thats where he was.)
