I have made a little mmorpg diablo-like clone... I'm looking for beta testers interested in trying out the new game...
It's nothing big-time or anything. Just a little RPG made in my sparetime (it still took a lot of work though)
If you're used to the latest game technology and graphics then please pass on this test - you wont enjoy it.
If anyone is interested in testing it (and understands this is a no budget game made by 1 guy type deal) , simply email me ( wrfstudios[at]aol.com )
Thanks
Bill

Hmm, that game doesn't look that bad.
Send me an email at sidebuster@mmorpg.com and I'll help you test that game out. I been playing games long enough to know what I am talking about when testing.
Thanks for the comments and support...
also - if this needs to be moved then thats cool - but i need to ask SECRETS to remove the link - that is not a public link - i specifically wanted to give this link to certain people who emailed me so i could keep track of beta testers - please SECRETS... - edit that post and remove that link.
Thanks
Bill
Terribly sorry. My head wasn't in the right place. I'm not a logical thinker.
My sincerest apologies, sorry for the extreme inconvenience.
I'm confused. Why would someone say its not a public site (seems like you want to keep it secret), but make a website that is "googabul". No problems finding it. Surly you can make it a locked site (password) or something?
Looks good btw. Make the engine yourself as well?
Please put up a Fourm at your site....I'm itching with feedback!! Great game BTW.

Hail to the King, baby.
Well, since there's no forums..
When I try to get into the server, it tells me it is unable to connect. It's not my firewall because I turned it off ...
Thanks for trying it out and the comments...
As far as forum... there actually is one But I would pefer you send any feedback directly to me at wrfstudios[at].aol.com
The server was down for a little bit this morning (on average the server is up approx 20 out of 24 hours in the day) that may be why you were getting that error.
Thanks
Bill
Score one for the hobbie devs. Keep up the good work.

I don't know about the rest of you but in som cases I actually prefer the 2d isometric style of game. It just wouldn't have the same feeling if it was in 3d.
Well from what I have seen...
You did this by yourself? Not bad at all. screenshots look good, the video looks good as well. It would be nice if you supported at least 1024x768 resolution, Do remember LCD's have a native resolution restriction and things tend to look really crappy otherwise.
You seriously need to use this as a showcase piece to investor's. If you can do this in your spare time, a budget could change things alot. (fyi get rid of the aol account, there is nothing more unprofessional looking) If you play your cards right, this could be E3 worthy.
Ya, AOL account=not cool.
The way it's rendered on screen isn't necessarily a measure of how much fun a game is. I've really enjoyed games that were called "ugly" just because they weren't 3D.
Anyway, good try! Doesn't look bad at all.
Thanks again for all the comments - a few people asked for a few more screenshots so here they are...
This one is part of the cinematics... not in demo due to size constraints...
To answer a few questions...
- Yes i created this game by myself - it was and is alot of work (except the music was done by someone else)
- I used to feel the same about AOL accounts - I actually have another email account with the actual game site - however i have had my aol account for over 10 years and its the only account that i can 100% percent count on (which is more than I can say for the various isp email i have had through the years)
- Its actually 3d/2d game - the walls and characters are 3d and the items are 2d
Thanks again - just email me if you want to try it out.
