Well, i started it again. Im now in this new server that like started 2 weeks ago, and its freaking full! I have to wait in Que for like 20-30 minutes each time I want to log on. But man, it so worht it. Every where is crawling with people, it feels so alive. Very very fun. There is ALWAYS a BG open to join at any time. This is exactly what I wanted, an alive MMO. Not some gohst town. shit system, MMORPG but RPG like game cuz theres no one around to play with, EVE style game!
WoW probley looks good at the moment becuase there isnt really anything else out thats relitivley new.
Im playing guild wars and I personally think its a great game but I left and went back once. The game was better for a while but now i am just waiting for a new mmo because as many have said in this topic that the same problem comes up again.
Which it did and that was that there is only to real options in Guild Wars do the story line that took me a week to finish or just pvp..... and I hate pvp.....
So I hope this time WoW is a bit more interesting for you.
Originally posted by nthnaoun Grrr. I usually dont post on these sort of threads, but ive had enough. Open your eyes and look around. Just about every person who bashes WOW has admitted to lvling their character to 60 in less then a month which says what? It says their a hardcore gamer. Okay in my experiance as a hardcore gamer you can play pretty much every aspect of a game in a month and be completly bored of it. Remember this is something ive found all hardcore gamers to have in common. Bottom line is, when you spend so much time on a game to where you can cap out in less than a month your going to get bored fast. If you play less and live more youll have a better gaming experiance.
Not true. It took me 3 and a half months to get my first toon to lvl 60, which is a long time by some standards. Same thing for my other friends who played it, and we all got extremely bored once we hit the cap. The PvP got old and the endgame instances got really repetative really fast. Getting on Vent and running around with your friends in a PvP assault group is fun, but not fun if it's the only thing to do. I was so sick of doing the same 4-5 instances over and over I just ended up not even wanting to login anymore. It was a huge disappointment, since I was one of those people who waited in line at Frys with thousands of other people to get the game on opening day.
