What is your favorite race/class?

Supposing that in EQN will be the same races and classes than in EQ, what is your favorite race/class combination?
For me: Ogre/Warrior (Tank)

Definitely Fae.
I have enjoyed the Mage class since the original Everquest probably the most.
Lately I have been getting into a Monk on EQ2.
I had a Warden I loved for a while years ago in EQ2.
At the same time Paladins and Shadowknights in EQ are amazing.
This is a very tough decision for me!
First race/class i would play would deffonatly be a Dwarf warrior/paladin. (depends on how both classes are) Tank
Favorite race = gnome
Favorite class = bard
110m hurdles/biology.

An Edwin Moses fan, I see. Although that should probably be 440m, not 110m.
Anyway, my favorite race has been human. Yes, it seems boring, but the flexibility is useful.
My favorite class was enchanter. It was at least three years before I made an alt.
Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.
EQ1 was Erudite Cleric, such a rare class/race combo that had such a rich storyline and persona capability.
EQ2 would be Fae Cleric.

Iksar - Monk, there is something oddly satisfying about being the "outcast" race.

My main was a Dark Elf - ShadowKnight (eq1)
However the Iksar really grew on me, I loved the way plate looked on them. I was PL'n a Iksar Warrior before I quit playing completely.
I had a wide class variety in EQ1, I played pretty much everything but monk/zerker/enchanter. Just never got around to them. They all had their perks. Would be really hard to pick one as a favorite.
In every MMO I've played since I left EQ1, I always went for the Ranger/Rogue class. The most satisfying being an assassin in AION. Nothing ever quite felt the same as EQ1 though.
