Try WoW or everquest 2.
waiting EQN:)
And the first 20 lvls is free
Played wow 6 year+ and im too one thouse players that want "live in game".
U should try WoW.
I played wow till LV 18 it's not something i would spend money on no i'm not a F2P junkie i sun to SWTOR well up till 8-1 anyway
Play Red Dead Redemption on PS3 or 360.
Go spend $5 on the Humble bundle (beat the average). It's one of the better bundles I've seen.

" Vanguard "
MAGA
For single player games try Dishonored or the latest Tomb Raider. Both excellent games.
Best Single player rpg....
the elder scroll series >Skyrim.
Basically clicking away text windows ruins every MMO, try to have fun instead of rushing things. Without story and lore all there is left is a bunch of mechanics.

Have you tried HKO?
No matter how cynical you become, its never enough to keep up - Lily Tomlin
Agreed but would add Biohock 1 and 3 to the list, perhaps 2 aswell but felt it was the weaker one compared to the first and last one. Still found it very enjoyable. Also Farcry
Hello Kitty Online ?
Agreed on all points.
I actually like Bioshock 2. It is cool to play a big daddy, although most of the stuff is very similar to the first one.
Dishonored get my vote too. That is a phenomenal game. Also get the DLC. You get to play one of the bad guys, and see the story from another perspective.
With huge maps and markers being the norm, pretty hard to lose yourself.
Also with no reason to explore, why even bother.Gamnes tend to go really cheap in giving you free xp for exploring, lame idea if you ask me.
If you had a Cartographer skill, then yes i could see you gaining xp as a Cartographer, but xp as a Warrior just because you crossed a zone line,is really dumb.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
So your telling me you haven't played some of the best RPG of all time.
1. PC. The Witcher 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jk5r1mP6om8 Check this console trailer out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PwUAv-SSZqw
2. All of the Gothic series of games except Arcarnia which was made by different devs. If you like the TES series of games then you will adore these games, open sandbox RPG at their best.
Don't be put off because the games take a lot of getting used to, true RPG games, check this review of Gothic 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jmf3o0ViJkc
3. Divinity 2: A Dragon Knight Saga, this game is a hidden gem, it's epic imo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeDbRzAiI_k
4. Drakansang: This is European Baldur's Gate at it best, epic sandbox turn base rpg gaming and seriously hard to master.
The game also has an epic crafting system.

Single Player: I really should do Demon Soul
I sometimes make spelling and grammar errors but I don't pretend it's because I'm using a phone
