They've been down since at least 10am EST actually. That's 12 hours. That's plenty of time to solve whatever problem they have, unless the server itself melted.
Or they can't find the outlet the power cord was plugged into when someone tripped over it and unplugged it.
Ok, any results so far? I got a message that said that the maximum amount of connections was reached and then "disconnecting". It's nice to see someone made new error messages ..nah only kidding. Somehow I fear that the longer I have to wait the higher my expectations get. Soon they're impossible to fulfill.
I had the same issue yesterday but the technical support guys came through with a fix that works to correct those errors.
in the SOG folder, delete the dnl.cfg (the one that looks like a microsoft type thing) and the other dnl file with a cog wheel on it. Then run a full integrity check when you load up and it works.
Server is still down though so don't get tooo excited!
Well, it's 3:39 Eastern, and the Emgee website says the servers are "up" but when you log in, you still get the message, "sorry, the world of DnL is not open yet"

last time wean i loged in that site showed like 3 or 4 more servers that it don't show now so i dunno what to think
The server was up earlier then they rebooted. Before the reboot I actually managed to get in. I thougt it was excellent while it lasted. I actually got to fly on my pioneer dragon
The reason for the reboot is once you login or try to login, if you have to login again you get the LOGIN CUSTOM DEFINED ERROR. It looks like the only way they can fix this at the moment is to reboot every so often
I haven't managed to get in this time, so I'm going to watch a DVD with my wife

Yeah they are running all over the place laughing because they just made a bundle from selling all those pioneer accounts. roflmao
LOL what do you expect to get from them anyway? You only need to log in one time for them to keep all that pioneer money you gave for the privilage to do just that.

The launcher indicating server is "up" (green) is a bug they need to fix. Even though the launcher says they're up, they're not.
If your program is working, then you will get a message saying "DnL" is not open yet.

The game works now. I got in. FPS is very low but I thought I'd tweak computer to see if the problem is there. Looks nice despite FPS
Edit: It only worked once as I afraid it would. Error messages came back at the second try.
