Yes. I am enjoying the game very much. FFXI was my favorite game of all time but FFXIV has a lot of potential.

already prepaid for 6 months, i love the final fantasy world and lore. Just remove those fates and we can get back to ffxi group exp parties.

famring tomes isn't that much fun, and thats about all there is to do at 50, why would want to play a game that i need to farm non stop, no pvp, no guild hall building, nothing would love to play but just boring loggin in to craft items to make more gill, and wait in que to fight in a dungeon to farm tomes...

Fence sitter, but leaning to no. Having finished the content up through Titan HM, I find myself looking at the landscape and realizing it's fairly small and repetitive. I could level the other classes, but that requires FATE group grinding which isn't my cup of tea. Crafting is engaging, but not enough. Progressing in gear requires constant runs of the same 2 dungeons, and I'm already tired of them.

I guess I could be labeled as one of the content locusts, but I feel like I got my money's worth out of the 30 bucks spent. It just doesn't seem like the next 10 dollars spent will be as fulfilling as the last 30.

I played this in there beta, it was fun and a blast to play most fun I had in a long time. Then beta ended 3 days later after I started.

The question I ask myself about any game now, What will there be to do after I reach max level. And I concluded the same thing I do with many other games, daily quests. So why pay for a game where in the end I'll want something new anyway (graphics / theme). face it there all the same but the Themes and goals. Story only caries me so far.*yawn* But ya why bother get hooked only to do a repeat and loose money to boot, When I can do it for free? I voted NO despite the fun I had.

Nope, thought the game might open up at higher level but afther getting level 40 on my Scholor that was far enough to see that it would not. No open world dungeons, too much instanced content, no social aspect and zero character customization. Don't see my self coming back because the core game is flawed. Maybe they will get it right when they redo it again and make Final Fantasy XIV III.

No open world anything other then fate farming = shitty game imo.

First good quality MMO to come out in years that was not twitch based. Not a huge fan of twitch and I love the trinity. Teams and classes mean something in this game. Been to long time for that to be said in any new MMO. Crafting is hard core and they are needed emd game and some of the promised updates are right up my gaming wants. To boot, my wife really loves the game. Take my money!
