Is this NA testing or something coz i signed up like 3 times already and even preorder the game but still nothing. I'm from EU and it seems to me we are left behind like we always were in any game.
Gah wrong thread. I was reading beta invite thread. Ignore it.
if someone were to send me a pm i would in return send him/her something i got via email today (i might have been in the last stresstest). As i wont be playing the game someone might enjoy the coming weekend instead of me.

tied to your account I wager.
Curse still thinks it is the 5th which it is if you are in USA. So still no here is your BETA key for me as a non subscribed member.
Anyone recall when the "day" rerolls for curse systems? I remember it was some time late night when I was getting FF beta key a few months ago, but don't remember the exact time.
I feel bad for the people who got suckered into paying. With 500,000 keys, that guarantees almost anyone can get one. Think before acting on your impulses.

That is really lame by Curse and has been scoffed at big time in the past.
Premium means PAID subscribers, meaning pay us to get a Beta, that is not legit on any front and Zeni should know about it and do something about it.Beta keys are NOT meant to be sold for money,it is actually ILLEGAL.Zeni owns 100% of the games rights, any monetary value is owned by ZENI Curse has no right to make money from this.
The main FFXIV site also tried this a couple years ago and was ridiculed big time and later offered an apology.
Paying for being Premium member of Curse does not equal paying for the beta. It is a PERK of being a premium member.
You guys need to think before you post.

it's $5 lol
not a big deal.
In this day and age, it seems you are a sucker if you pay for anything game related..
Just FYI...the requirement to be a Curse member is now over. It's anyone who wants one from now until they're all gone.
Also FYI... this is a special invite that let's you play the game but gives you no access to the beta forums. Think of it as a good thing: for you it really is just about checking out the game and not so much about feed back.

it's hilarious people still cry about NDA claiming they are trying to hide a bad game lol
guess that argument is dead and buried? well it should be but people still complain about it. SMH

F2P FTW!!!11 lolol
That's not was I was implying. Paying for something that is being given away for free is silly, in my opinion. Given the circumstances, it should be obvious that they won't run out of keys in the two days that only premium members have access to.
I know $5 isn't much, but if you don't use Curse, you just gave them money for something I just got for free. If you do use Curse, maybe you'll get something out of their premium services that you enjoy.
By the way, I do not like most "pure" F2P games. I prefer to subscribe to games like SWTOR, Rift, TSW, etc. Developers deserve money for their hard work, and typically, subscriptions help me avoid paying for microtransactions for things subscribers get.

It depends on the hoops you have to jump though to get the free thing. I would pay for something instead of spending hours in line waiting to get it free and I won't stand in line overnight for a black friday sale because I value my time more than that. $5 to get a guaranteed beta spot might very well be worth not having to risk not getting one. I already had a beta invite so it didn't matter to me but I can completely understand the mentality.
Really anybody who had an interest in this game has applied and probably has a key already... unless you decided to wait until yesterday to apply for beta then too bad if you do not get one.
Just got my FREE beta key from Curse (I'm not a Premium member) and registered it on my TESO account. So there's still keys available for grabs.
Although with this being a "stress test" beta weekend, given how many keys they're throwing out, it may be quite stressful trying to just login and play, lol...

Blizzard did the same thing 10 years ago for their betakey promotion
Blizzard Entertainment Partners with FilePlanet for World of Warcraft Stress Test Beta;
FilePlanet to Exclusively Provide Stress-Test Files to 100,000+ Players

Make sure you are getting the legit version of the curse client though, there is a known issue with infected curse client software being distributed.

Yep, the keys are now being dished out for those who DO NOT have a subscription to Curse Premium.
Got mine as well...
What is funny though is that there is no statement that the key is just for this weekend
I expect it, but there's this little hope they messed up with the keys
I think I actually spent way more time reading and theorycrafting about MMOs than playing them
