    the opening of more maps.

I love the game, but i need more open land to happily log back in. More Maguma jungle areas?, maybe Crystal desert?, far shiverpeaks?, anything they want, just open more PvE areas!

    :(  you're killing me, ANET :(

It won't matter to me unless they add the following:

    1. New race/class

    2. New large zone to explore for PvE

    3. GvG (Seriously!!! It's called Guild Wars for a reason! How could you leave this out?!!?!)

Honestly, I think we have given them enough time to do those things.  Screw all this small temp crap and give us actual permanent content.  I have played GW games since the start of the original Guild Wars and I still say that one was better in terms of content and player satisfaction.

Player & guild housing, new races and new zones would be nice. And keep the living world events coming, those are just great and fun!

Although my main request is more land for PvE i completely agree with your point #3, GvG is very much needed. I would welcome new races or classes but i rather have more weapons and more weapon variety per classes. I still want my necro to be able to use great sword or my mesmer to slam an illusory great hammer on someones face lol.

Furthermore, maybe healing based weapons? I think ESO did a brilliant job at taking GW2's weapons features and took it to a new level (unfortunately the game fell flat), so i believe ANET would do a great job by adding one or two healing weapons for an off/swap build, offering slightly different skills based on classes, like normal weapons do so it would be unique to GW2 instead of an ESO straight copy.

    Tengu! PLEASE!!!

And a new area would be nice as well. :)

Considering it was heavily speculated we'd be going into the Maguuma Wastes with season 2 and this image shows a map portal (from what looks like Brisban Wildlands) it's fair to assume we'll at least be getting some new areas to explore.

Thanks for not flaming me for no reason like that other dude.  I agree with your points as well, I just didn't wanna make my post into a giant tldr blog.  I'd like more weapons as well, but I hate the fact that the current class system is slightly biased in terms of PvE content.  Dungeon groups, for example, are getting worse when trying to find a group that will not kick me just because I'm a certain lower dps class or because they already have the same class in the group.  Personally, I think another class or two would help the PvE system a lot if not more than additional weapon choices for every class.

My guild fights other guilds every night in wvw, what the heck are you guys talking about no gvg?

On the topic, we will def. be starting ff with a new zone.  That looks like the portal in the north east of Brisban Wildlands, which is currently inaccessable (and the hints that the dragon is over that way make sense).

It is interesting to this of what a new zone might include, because I feel like the same old basic events (escort, defend) just won't be that interesting.  What would make a new zone real appealing...

We meant the kind of GvG that was back in the original game.  Sure, you could "gvg" in WvW, but it's not the same to those of us that did it back in the day.  ^_^

Just to clarify, the name of the game comes from events that happened before the first Guild Wars game, The Guild Wars.

No fun at all... sheesh.  It was a "joke", a play on words, to try and make a point.  Either way, we still need it...

    No problem :)

yeah it is very unfortunate how the dungeoning turned out to be full of elitists in the game. I really love the lack of trinity focus of the game but i had to completely quit doing dungeons because of the ridiculous amount of elitism involved. I just rather not waste my time. If ANET can do something about that i would love them forever (after opening more lands :D)

You really "need" to read into lore of the game to figure out why there is no GvG anymore. Hint: There are dragons now.

And you are terribly out of the loop. ANet said that they will only introduce permanent content for people like you. Which is pitty because as an active player every single day after release, I should have more unique stuff than you that logs once every 6 months and all he does is to complain.

Agreed, the name guild wars comes from the guild battles between Tyria, Ascolon and Orr were Humans fought each other. However a GvG would be fun not very important to me but more PVE content in form of new maps and other stuff would be very nice.

Just start your own party in LFG and specifically say that you do not want elitists or that you want fun run not speed run ffs, it is not that hard...

I still to this day make Arah runs for fun and every single night there is at least 1 person I explain the Giganticus Lupicus encounter even though I alone can solo it in less than 20 minutes. I only do it to teach people that its easy, hurting the dungeon sellers in the process. I hate them like cancer :U

So he's not allowed to voice his opinion because you 'login everyday' and do the same old crap over and over and over. Dragons be damned, leaving GvG out of GW2's design was nothing short of ridiculous! GvG was the heart and soul of GW1 and kept me playing well after the lure of PvE faded.

Every ask yourself why there is such a high player turn over in GW2?

Crystal desert would be great but I want ring of fire. Orr, Frostgate and SC are getting rather boring but there are loads of lower zones.

And maybe it is time to finally announce an expansion as well.

I would hope to see at least:

New zones opened on the map
    New dungeons
    Resume story of LS
    Improvements of the level scaling
    New boss encounters

I don't agree with you at all. While people are banding together to fight the dragons assuming that everyone in the world just would get along is a bit too much. GvsG is sweet gameplay and was reallu fun in the first game.

As for permanent Vs temporary content the game is starting to feel rather small after this time, I got my 100% completion over a year ago and I am hardly anyone to hurry while I play.

A few new permanent maps would add new things to explore and maybe some more high level maps that have a bit more varied mobs than Orr.

I love GW2 but saying that you can't improve it is a mistake. Time to give us a Cantha expansion and find out what have happened there during 300 years....

A new dungeon would be nice as well, the fractals are exiting and all but a really massive dungeon would be great.

Don't know if I'll get around to GW2 now. Think i'll be to hooked on WILDSTAR to even bother. But I'll try...

This is true but still they were able to wage those Guild Wars. In the lore I mean. Guild Wars was about wars between guilds, both in the game's history and the actual PvP gameplay. GvG was the signature pvp of GW. Why they don't want to include is beyond me.
