You COULD do all the things people say are "opening up" the game right from the start. The problem is, you need LP and you don't have any of that until you spent hours in the game collecting those LP points while mindlessly grinding some of the most boring FedEx quests ever conceived.

    ----

Then after 10 hours when you think you got a cool 600 LP you find out that you already need the 600 for finishing the trade and armor quests at around level 20. Aww, here you thought the game would "open up" and you could do some cool crafting, making a ship, building a house. FAT CHANCE.

    ----

After another 10 mind numbing hours you scrape together another 600 LP and the eye opener comes when you take a look at creating the simplest boat, a speedboat:

    • 1 Pack of Wooden Planks (100 pieces of wooden planks = 300 wooden logs)
    • 1 Pack of Iron Bars (100 iron bars = 300 iron ore)
    • 1 Pack of Fabric (100 fabrics = 300 scraps of fabric)
Each of the above will require 2000-3000 LP.

Or.. subscribe (since you like the game) and get 5000 LP to start.

This is not true. ONLY on ALPHA you get 5000 LP.

    ----

Here is the official List from TRION on Patron benefits. Your LP cap is raised to 5000 but you don't get 5000 for free.

    • Bonus online Labor Point regeneration (10 per 5 minutes)
    • Offline Labor Point regeneration (5 per 5 minutes)
    • Increased maximum Labor Points cap (5000 maximum)
    • 10% bonus to all Experience gained through combat or labor usage
    • 10% discount on Marketplace purchases
    • 5 Loyalty Tokens per day for use in the Loyalty Store (awarded on first login of the day)
    • Ability to claim land by placing farms and houses
    • Ability to pay in-game taxes on owned property
    • Ability to post auctions on the Auction House by default

But you get around 1000 lp just for going to bed each night and logging in the next evening.

so to me thing game woudnt work....gaming is just a pass time for me in wich i play 2-3 hrs a day maybe...

I had a fantastic time in alpha unguilded playing  3 hours a day.  Once I hit 30ish i ignored quests and

I focused on growing my "enterprise".

We already established that it is not nearly enough because EVERYTHING you do in the game costs LP. I even provided some examples. So i wonder why you felt the need to re-post it.

Of course it's enough. The game is NOT designed for people who want to do nothing but gather and craft. It's designed for people who want to do a little bit of it, and a bit or a lot of everything else.

If you're someone (quite like myself) who only wants to partake in non-combat activities, AA will most likely not be your game.

Why are subscibers limited on what they can do? That doesn't make sense. You are paying $15 a month to play a game, but there is a limit on how often you can do some of the things you enjoy doing. This seems more like a F2P trap. Unless, of course, the Patron status supplies more LP than you could use during your gameplay.

I want to hear about this "lot of everything else" that i can do except hit mobs and other players. There is nothing substantial in this game that does not cost LP. I think this is pretty clear and i don't understand how people can still say "do all the other things".

Exactly, you got it. Patron does not give you enough because everything, even the drops from mobs and quests cost LP to use (which by the way is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen).

I said everything else. :P And everything else is hitting mobs and other players.
