Cheaters dont want neither like competition, its just player that cant handle real competiton and just want to "win" everytime no matter at what cost.
Competition in every game, not only video ones, is playing by the rules and "figth" to win using only legal moves.
I know i allways lose to hackers but i dont change my behave because of that.
Winning to matter what the cost is the backbone of Trion's business model. You think labor pots sell well for their aesthetic value? Its a double edge sword, you cant milk peoples competitive nature for cash and not expect people to go one step further. Trion condones the "do anything to win attitude" it makes them more money.
You can try circle around the topic we are discussing the way you want trying to send the fault to Trion of some people cheating.
People cheat or not is based on is own personal decision, its only their own fault.

Actually I was very much on topic, the topic is about being banned without good cause. I was discussing the behavior of the individuals who are the cause.

there will never come a day in AA where people arent cheating. Its the nature of the beast. And as I pointed out earlier, Trion should have known better. They had the Russian, Korean, and Japanese launches to refer to, and should have planned accordingly. Theres no excuse for this knee jerk response, it should have been better controlled from the get go.

A lot of people who gets banned try to assure everyone around them that they would never use any form for cheats, they usually tell about themselves to built credibility, they sometimes even go so far as to lie about having mental or physical disabilities to make people feel sorry for them and gain even more credibility.
There was 2 such threads just today on official forum, these posters had posted their email as well to make GM's look into their "innocent accounts", people quickly found that if they googled these emails, they would show up on asian sites on users speaking chinese, back in 2012.
Is 100% of the banned accounts guilty? probably not.
But most of them are.
I'm a gamer and I play games, not virtual vending machines.

Theres nothing to counter in your "argument", you mix legal stuff like pots from cash shop with cheating. There are plenty of post about the implementation of CS in AA, here we are talking about cheating and unfair bans.
Keep defending the cheaters all you want just because you dont like Trion and AA, your behave is your personal choice just like those who chose to cheat. The game rules, for more stupid they might be, have nothing to do with it. People should take responsability for their actions and not try to find fault in somewhere else.
He never said he was pro-cheating. He was saying that Trion is responsible because they knew what they were getting themselves into and didn't take any precautions against it, which I fully agree with.
The game is a great concept which was executed horribly, and I don't think some ACTUAL innocent players should pay for Trion's irresponsibility or the idiocy of the hackers/cheaters.

u know "u're quite lucky", just aksing for support and got banned.. for me, i just top up $150 with my credit card, LOG-in in game,5 sec in char selection got DC and got message "u are banned".. trying to do live chat, they just ignored u and dont provide any information, sent e-mail ticket didn't get answered since a week ago and still no answer till now..
