Suspension of Disbelief? If you look at an instance filled with KSers, mobs are respawning and half of the place is empty as it's just been nuked clean. People will form queues to get their share of the "content", whatever it is, from storyline to loot. I find no beneficial interaction in a discussion like: "Hey, seen you here before!", "Yea, I've been here killing High Lord Humptydumpty all week in an epic mano-y-mano duel. He just keeps coming back, but he never drops his Ring of Pwnage!", "Damn, let me give High Lord a shot, I'm always lucky with drops."
If you can't get out and make your game social, underlining the gamistic grinding competition factor sure wont do it for you.

You might not find any beneficial interaction in a discussion like that, but what about when it leads to "hey, we've been here for 3 weeks together... My guild is doing The Great And Wonderful Quest of Questage. Wanna come?" or "So... what are you wearing?"
To each his own, I suppose. Meeting other people in dungeons is a nice icebreaker for some of us.

exactly, some people prefer to meet and interact with people (other than just pvp) in a positive way and instancing hinders this. yeah you can have the dungeon all to yourself in a instance, but what is the fun in that?
but again, it has alot to do with personal preference....some people want to just compete against ppl in a console type atmosphere with little player interaction aside from just killing them lol, i can respect that but games like wow already have that.

The problem was KSing and queuses. The answer by the same devs, well let me leave you with a quote by Einstein:
"You can't solve a problem with the thinking that created the problem."
If you have any questions please ask. I have moved on to WoW from eq and no longer have any desire to play a dead game. Thank you. (posted by another selling his account in EQ1)

Don't bash my game when your PUNY game is made for the wierdo's amounting to a tiny fraction of the MMORPG populace...you're just jealous and like crappy unpopular raid garbage. Go zerg another mob and call it "skill" it's not even remotely skill.
I see you're still trolling, Sebbon.
Are your skills at annoying others too good for the official forums anymore, or were you just banned?

lol how do you expect to have anyone take you seriously with that sig you have? it is hypocritical on so many levels it isn't even funny. why don't you stick with trolling? its obviously you have no clue what vanguard is about.
you wont be able to ks key quest mobs or "golden" mobs as they call it, why don't you go play wow and not worry about our "puny game? hmm?
go zerg another mob in mc or bwl and call it skill....better yet go zerg another player in av and call it skill, heh...what a hypocrite you are!

yeah he brings no real argument or discussion to this forum, just his hypocritical and false view that vanguard is more of a raid-centric game than wow, witch is not true.....its fun calling him out though!
Vanguard won't have instancing, so HA! We get to hang around in dungeons all night and high five each other and thank the good lord we don't have to play WoW!
Have you only ever played wow or other casual friendly games? With a far more mature game like vg most ppl know that it's not just about themselves. Alot of ppl from more casual games don't seems to understand respect. Vanguard won't have that much ksing because most of the players will learn to respect one enoughier.
