I voted ESO cause that's my game and all But I have heard how Marvel Heroes really did do a 180 and become a whole different game. ESO is only at about 120 degree turn. Getting close but not quite there. So if Marvel Heroes wins then congrats on them.
I only had one surprise Gorgon,it has been years since i was remotely surprised.
However Gorgon looks and feels like an Indie game and simply does not have a big enough team and the Unity engine is god awful.
Anticipated, i cannot ever anticipating a game,well wait yes FFXIV and UT 2003 and was disappointed on both occasions.
I know what these developers are doing and how cheap their designs have been and will continue to be because people are so bored they keep throwing money at every game in hopes something sticks.
Subscriptions should have never left the mmo scene.,that way people would not make every new game look good buying it on a whim,developers should have to EARN their sales.Even worse is now people are tossing money at developers BEFORE a game is even committed,ya that is a brilliant way to get cheap lazy devs off their ass.../not.
When one EPIC game comes out.let me know,then i will get excited i might then start to anticipate future games,until then i am VERY skeptical of every game that comes out.

Wether you like it or not, it is an MMOARPG. I was against calling it this way myself at first but with time spent in game you realize there is probably more social contact than any of the newly released MMORPGs where you can just solo the content and hit the AH. It is basically an MMO with a lot of instanced content if you choose to play alone. Yet, just as any of te gmaes I just "mentioned" (the " are because I didn't give names) you can decide at any time to ask people on the several chat channels or on the forumes to do content or trade with you, or even ask for advice, guidance, help, whatever. MH2015 also has one of the best communities I have ever been a part of and some of the most awesome and enthusiastic devs I've seen. Launch in 2013 was a fail but ever since Doomsaw joined the team they have been kicking ass to improve their game. You should try it out the way it is now.

I'd like to thank everyone from Shroud of the Avatar who took the time and effort to go through the excessive amount of questions in the registration process on this site just to be able to cast their vote. Also to anyone else who did the same to make a vote for their favorite game, you also deserve a big thumbs up for doing so. It was not exactly a public friendly poll but if you made the effort of signing up once just to make your choice then you should be proud, win or lose.
LOL can't believe EQN is getting so many votes. SOE ruins every game they have ever made other than EQ. So many people including my self will never go back to SOE after the whole SWG thing. You just can't trust SOE to think of the players when it comes to gaming. Plus for a company that is losing money it also concerns me why anyone would think they will come out of it all on one game like EQN.
Final Fantasy XIV is no where on this list? I find that difficult to believe. It's improved massively in 2014, and has a highly anticipated expansion due out 2015. Even if I'm not a huge fan of it, it's absence here is very peculiar, especially considering it's the second most subscribed MMO in the world. (First is WoW, Second XIV, Third is XI, then Fourth is Runescape.)

CU is due out December, 2015 according to CSE. But who knows, the Alpha was pushed back 5 months, so maybe adjust accordingly.
Also, both WarFrame and Marvel Heroes are not MMORPGS. Unless Diablo is now a MMORPG, that's kinda weird.
Help get Camelot Unchained made, a old-school MMORPG, with no hand holding!
