considering there is no new content update probably coming until the end of the year due to console release and fixing bugs etc whats the point to stay subbed for ?

Well, they will be far better motivated when they can check the actual income of each DLC which is impossible when you just add content included in the monthly fees.
I am not sure if that is good news though, but I hav a feeling they will add content like never before... For a price.
