Ok I'm going to state this flat out: I do not believe that you emailed customer support. I do not believe that you stayed online for more than 10 minutes after using the in game appeal/petition system. I do not believe that you even have a problem in game because you've continued to FLAME customer support in game despite the fact that a Customer Manager is on this very thread offering to help you, not once but multiple times, and all you do is continue to gripe about "poor customer support".
Again, if you used the e-mail address on the HERALD it's the WRONG ADDRESS. That's a FEEDBACK form not Customer Support. Customer Support has their OWN website, accessible by going to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT link. Then go to the 'contact us' area and there are both phone numbers and email addresses. Furthermore you have access to this, and many other forums where both veteran players AND customer service reps will ANSWER YOUR QUESTION.
All of us here have helped numerous people with problems. Instead of taking advantage of the help offered all you do is bash arguably one of the BEST MMO companies out there for their customer support.
*I* have played over TWENTY MMORPG's. Among those only 1 has customer service as good as Mythic's. That would be CCP. I'm sorry you refuse to face facts but you are being a troll and I don't believe you anymore. Because if you really had a problem you'd have asked about it first rather than flaming before even asking.

I personal have no strong oppion on Mythic CS. We all know when it comes to CS, some will have awsome experience and some will have a very negative view about it.
However, from reading the posts so far, it seems Kunou has been quite professional in trying to assist you. I feel for people who work in customer service in that sometimes they have customer who pays small amount of fee and they think they own the life of customer rep. I am pretty sure if I am CS, I would be SO GLAD to loose a businese of 15$/month in exchange for a less "abusive" customer.

Anyway we are far from the original poster topic.
DAOC is a great game, however it is old and I recomend for new player to find a good guild to join, have someone show you around and group with you. No matter how great this game is, people tend to loose interest since the beginning is quite dull for some specially if you dont know about the tips and tricks to start.
Heck even as a long time player I find it bored to start a new toon as the starter area is quite dead on some server and it seems like yourself is the only one alive on the server.
