Oh, I agree with several posts (the windows 10 related ones for example) from Kiyoris after checking post history and I also know of Qwant. But I don't like the OP (as in original post, not poster). If you suggest a product , explain why if you don't want to make it look like an ad and why you don't like to use Google (which to me is obvious, but not to many others probably).
That's fine; I edited the post.
Awesome Oh and I agree:p Qwant or DuckDuckGo are nice alternatives if you care about your privacy when using a search engine.
Kyleran: "Now there's the real trick, learning to accept and enjoy a game for what
it offers rather than pass on what might be a great playing experience
because it lacks a few features you prefer."
John Henry Newman: "A man would do nothing if he waited until he could do it so well that no one could find fault."
FreddyNoNose: "A good game needs no defense; a bad game has no defense." "Easily digested content is just as easily forgotten."
LacedOpium: "So the question that begs to be asked is, if you are not interested in
the game mechanics that define the MMORPG genre, then why are you
playing an MMORPG?"
Google will be now and until all the waters in the world dry up the only one.
Anyways if you want privacy go watch tv. use a mailbox to send mail, dont use a credit card. go on your bike to the shop 100 miles away to buy somthing.
If bling from the big microsoft cant do it, noone can.

Signing up for a cable company is as insecure as using the internet, they just upload your info for you.
But yeah, being lazy comes at a cost. We want the convenience of online purchase? we get it at the cost of our privacy. Such is life. It falls on us to keep it at as secure as we can.
As for the Qwant browser, started using it last night. Seems decent enough so far. Thanks Kiyoris for the suggestion. Qwant combined with the Tor Browser seems to be a more secure browsing experience.
I think it's accurate and since people complain about privacy in several threats, maybe people find this a good alternative. They claim privacy is a priority to them.
1) Does this engine have algorithms that are as sophisticated as Google, and does it have the same level of dev support?.
2) What about analytics/MI?
3) What do you think will happen to its 'privacy' if it were to get up to 1 million plus servers that Google has? Do you think this product will somehow be immune from governmental agency pressure?

I might actually try this Qwant. It seems decent.
Then again, I don't really care what google does with my searches and I've always found what I've needed through google.
I don't really use google's other services. Just the search.
I'd be more concerned if I used gmail for private e-mail.
