    Personally I love the game once you get past 50+ all the customisation to make a perfect ship is just great to me. Not to mention I've been a trekie from a young age it's also great to see all the characters i knew growing up

    not sure why i love startrek online maybe because it was part of growing up maybe its the game i just know ive stopped playing it 4 or 5 times but miss it when i do and always end up back playing the game im addicted but cant give clear reason why

    What I like about Star Trek Online is a mix of things. I like Star Trek (not a trekkie per se) but the reason I've been playing this game for years is that combination of space/ground combat (something very rare to see in a MMO), the customizations of ships/characters, the visuals, the story missions... Not a perfect game but a pretty good one.

    I play because where else can you fly all the starships from the Star Trek Universe? I also think they have some great PVE missions in the storyline which provides my Star Trek fix with the lack of good movies and shows.

    Always loved trek, so I had to try to get into STO. Didn't care for it at launch but like it better now after coming back to it.

    Because Star Trek is my favorite childhood TV series and STO f2p is user friendly.

    I love STO because it lets you fly the ships you see in the TV shows. For example the giveaway here is a remodel of the defiant from DS9, or myself I fly the fleet t6 Andromeda which is the enterprise-D. I don't play a lot of MMOs, but I play STO for this reason.

    I love STO and Star Trek in general because it created a shared interest between my step-dad and I when he first came in to the picture. With STO, he and I can still do something together while living in different states.

    I originally preodered STO back in 2010, but just couldn't get into at the time due to work etc.

    However, a friend recently suggested I play it - and I was blown away. The storylines are fantastic, the ship combat is awesome and I love how easy it is to RPG in this game.

    The valiant would be great for me because I play a fed tac. Only a week in and already 59!

    What I really like about Star Trek Online is the space combat

    I like STO for a number of reasons.

    The space combat is fun enough to play all by itself.

    The community is very good.

    Character development is very deep.

    The Foundry, and Foundry missions, are a huge plus.

    Probably one of the best F2P models out there.

    Hell hath no fury like an MMORPG player scorned.

    I've been playing for years. Being a trekkie and that we don't have a series to watch anymore. I just play this for my fix :)

    Love the look of this ship. Just got back into STO. Really like the changes since I last played. Would love to have this ship.
