Mad Catz MMO7. I've been using it for years. Almost non-existent learning curve or muscle memory to train since all buttons are distinct. Programming is dead simple and it works with everything.

    12 thumb buttons :

    1-2: wheel clockwise and anti-clockwise
3-4: thin buttons under the wheel
5-9: HAT just under those (forward, back, up, down, in)
10-11: thick buttons in front and behind HAT
    12: Bottom button

+ 2 buttons just to the inside of the left and right buttons. These were the two buttons that led to negative reviews when the mouse first released since they were not programmable initially and they just served as left-click or right-click locks-- features of questionable value in MMOs. That was changed in an update about a month after release and they've been fully programmable since.

I use it for everything from MMOs to RPGs like the Witcher, Fallout, Diablo 3, etc.

Look into RedDragon on Amazon, very cost effective but high quality. I use the M901 and love it.

i replaced my Logitech G500 with that Redragon Perdition a while ago and I love it. It was so cheap i also bought their Redragon Karura K502 keyboard and im even happier.
Looking to replace my original version naga so was wondering if you guys still like this red dragon mouse and how yo guys feel about its quality?

If you have the money, buy a logitech. It might sound cheaper to buy a chinese knockoff at first, but a G600 won't break easily and will last years. Those chinese mice...maybe a few months before the troubles start. And the chinese software is nowhere as good.

The Logitech G600 is $45, the Chinese Redragon knockoff is $36. You save $9 compared to Logitech, but if the mouse falls apart, you just lost $36.

There are many accounts of the chinese redragon perdition knockoff falling apart. The mouse buttons simply break after a number of clicks:

Hmm good to know about the Perdition mouse.

I had issues with the quality of the razer mouse, namely the plastic wore down far to quickly and was causing left mouse problems within the first year I had it  but I managed to fix that but now a couple years later I am having double click issues again and think it's the omron switches themselves acting up now.

That said looking at the g600 hoping it is better quality than the original naga, I do believe it uses omron switches as well and have read that peeps are having double click issue too.

Anyone have problems of this nature with the g600?

Will I eventually have to take the mouse apart and open the switches to fix the metal spring/tabs themselves?

I have droped my Logitech G600 at least 40 times on a hard stone floor, I have spilled drinks on it and used it outside. It is built like a tank, never had it fail on me.
