Technically, there's no LEGAL recourse as far as freedom of speech goes. However, there's the ethics that SOE has no concept of. You DON'T be a complete ass to the people who pay your salary. It may not be illegal, but it's STUPID. Those who have been shit on by SOE feel they have an ethical responsibility to shout it from the rooftops as it were, to let as many people know as possible about their business practices. The "if you don't like it, don't play" complaints have gotten OLD. Most people who are complaining here aren't playing anymore. But some feel they have a duty to continue to tell as many people as possible to stay away from SOE. Many people have been screwed, and they feel an ethical or moral obligation to spare others from the same frustration.

Actually, I pay for SOE to entertain me. That is what their job is, to entertain people. Sony Online Entertainment. So I don't see it as a privilege at all to be playing a game, which I pay for, and basically am the reason that SOE is a company at all. Dont be shocked then when you get banned from a forum for that. You do not have freedom of speech ona private forum. They can moderate it anyway they wish.. Meaning if you say "hi" instead of the "hello" they want they can ban you for it. Whether you are a paying customer or not. Their recourse, even though you are "paying" is to say we dont want your moeny.. they ban you.. they dont charge youre card anymore... game set and match.
