$7k for virtual castle, $60k for a mount, and for corona virus donation $0, because priorities...
While I think anyone who pays $7k for a virtual in game item is nuts.....I can't stand this kind of thinking. As if people can't buy things they want with THEIR money as well as donate. And none of your damn business anyway. If you want to give your money away to things you care about YOU do it then.
Curious how much you have donated to COVID-19.....

No one said people cant buy things with their money, infact i think the opposite was stated. and none of his/her business? ohh..so if we disregard that you just blasted a poster for an opinion about monetizing an mmo(thingy) and in the same process sound whiny about giving things away, is well..retarded. but then again, its none of your business.
They should be proud knowing they did not do a single thing to earn that in game.
What is the purpose of playing a game if you buy your greatest achievements?
It is like someone wearing a title belt from Boxing or MMA, or a trophy from a sport and saying..."i just bought this ,i never earned it."
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Pretty much spot on comments so far. I could have sworn this game already launched, was F2P, had a cratering population that followed numerous controversies, and then got sold off and immediately shut down. I havent heard this game even mentioned in months.
For $7K, you could invest in an actual small, rural plot of land with the potential for future development and profit. I know some people have more money than they know what to do with, but who would invest $7K into pixel property in a floundering game?
Why does @MMORPG.com call this a crowd funding bundle?
Crowfunding is for unlaunched titles, or for situations where devs announce that they'll add X if they get Y amount of purchases. You'll make term crowdfunding meaningless if you decide you're ok with calling all purchases during a launched game's lifetime as crowdfunding.

I don't want to complicate it for them - let's have that dinner in the Portalarium's offices...

Impressive, tbh... I suppose once you're above the shackles of shame and decency, anything becomes possible.
Promoting things like that should be illegal.
Thanks for extending my english vocabulary!
