Pretty sure this project “went back into development” to let this dummy avoid getting sued for a while longer. Imagine the stress he feels every day thinking about the deep hole he dug for himself. Typical “in over your head” situation but since he played with other people’s money, shit got real.

I am not sure he would want to return to Discord as he may inadvertently say something that does not fit with the carefully constructed arguments about why CoE was closed/put on hold and where the game is now.

and the sad part is, the very cold reality of this is that every kickscammer will now be in perpetual development till the end of time, it's why Star Scammer will never release, he had the coin to pay and find out what would happen before he went the CoE route of, my bad couldn't do it thanks for the 8 million peace out all, so instead he'll keep up the facade while enjoying his 300 million.

Scam Unchained, Scamtheon, they'll all just keep milking the free cash till the end of time.

The one good thing about these scams, provided one didn't fall prey, well even for them as well, they are fun af to pick on.

I don't blame anyone whom fell for it, actually that's too harsh, now one falls for it, back then you know up to 10 FUCKING YEARS AGO these are known names, and good faith was basically ones foundation for supporting their goal.

Yep, they shared some art as their own containing images cut and pasted from the internet, watermarks and all.

Jeremy later retracted saying the images were concept art only to help develop their game and shouldn't have been shared.

I will give Walsh some very minor leeway on the development point. A game in development, even one as abysmal as this sounded to me, is still a game in development, and someone (maybe) might be happy for that. But I wonder if he Is he self-delusional? I don't know, but it certainly appears to outside observers that this 'development' is more about defending himself than making a game.
