It's a pretty weird and unsettling time in this world of ours right now. With many of us hunkering down at home, things can get downright boring at times. Fortunately, if you're someone who enjoys videogames, you likely have a backlog of games to play through or even some new titles to play in the coming days and weeks.

Still working through Star Trek Online.

I only do 1 or 2 missions a day so it'll take me awhile. I've been having fun and enjoying the different stories (well not all of them, but it's nice you can just skip the stuff you don't like).

Just uninstalled Marvel Avengers on Xbox until something worth playing for content releases. I drudged through matchmaking for 2 nights before I'm just like "yknow...i had hopes...not even high hopes but i'm done for now." Lol.

    So I'm:
    PC: SWTOR
    XBox: FO76

Pains me to think about this game. I hope they can turn it around. I'd love to play again.

I'm kinda bouncing around atm. Nothing is holding my attention lately,. Not even my normal go to games. In truth, I've been reading a lot. I'm hoping to jump into crowfall or new world when they release.

Just the usual, hopping around my games exactly like the last time it was on an article :)

MMORPGs: currently I'm playing CO's Red Banner week (really want that polearm, looks nice), and on the side some STO in a similar fashion Nebless said, 1-2 missions a day on my fresh klingon en route the leveling event.

The new Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor looks awesome, and it's powerful too, still it's a weird pick for one of the achievement goals...
People used to say about STO the space is good, but the ground part is lacklusting, well... let's be honest, the melee part of said ground combat is even worse, compared to phasers, grenades, shields, devices, etc.
And for the bat'leth you need to do a LOT of melee ground combat. Really odd design idea.

Singleplayer: since I reinstalled GTA V a few weeks ago for this Cayo Perico update to check the rumours of "solo" (result: it really is, and even the story is decent enough), I started to re-play it. Not in a completionist way, for the 100%, just skimming through the story. I still prefer the previous games, Tommy, CJ or even Niko were better protagonists than these three... but V is still a good game.
(and it was a long install, don't want to let all that time go to waste :D )

Path of Exile. I am enjoying Blight mechanics and Delve. Pity I cannot get Sister Cassia on the map by using the daily master missions but whenever I hear her singing I am pleased as punch. Trying to get notable oils off it.

I played seriously in 2018 and got back to the game in January and all the league content they have added into standard has made the game so much more interesting. I am convinced you need a PhD for some of the mechanics in the leagues but once they begin to coalesce and make sense it becomes a whole new ball game.

Simply love the game and I even bought an outfit to prove it.

SWTOR.....finally got "Legendary" by finishing all the class story quests. Surprised I enjoyed trooper story more than agent. Agent story was very overrated imo. Playing through Revan now for the first time.

Other than that Valhiem, not into survival genre much but had to try this due to the hype, wasn't disappointed. Still annoyed at having to stop having fun to hunt/cook food so often. Really wish they would make food and the day/night cycle last longer in these games.

I think the whole Bat'leth thing is because it's a iconic item associated with the Klingons.

I don't melee in games with guns (seems kind of pointless), but because it was one of the achievement steps I gave it a try in STO. Got the fancy Bat'leth, got the first upgrade and then said to heck with it, since all the other rewards on that tree just make the thing better and better and I've no interest in that fighting style.

Also doesn't help that unless you swap ALL your away team over to Bat'leth'a also they kill steal from you by shooting the guy you want to fight and thus rob you of counting that fight towards the goal.

Hmmph my problem is game is to easy .. Even in the Echoes with all the bonuses to mobs , there is little challenge at this point , Been testing LE for 4 years now and it has some good qualitues , Balance im sure will come the Rogue is OP if you build right atm ..

Bigger problem is the combat lacks impact/punch its concerning at this point

I started playing less than a week ago. I expect 4 years from now I'll probably find it easy too.

As a beginner I'm trying to get a handle on resistances and damage mitigation. The game seems to require different mitigation emphasis at different times. Dodge, void and poison resistances will carry you through the first 4 acts or so but then the next one may be all about lightning or fire resistances.

I also don't have a stash full of uniques and sets nor have much of a handle on crafting at the moment, nor the coin to gamble for better items much like I'm sure I'll have in a few years.

Skyrim. I play with mods obviously. And I restart the game with a new character each time I die.

yeah if you build right it's not too hard. Don't agree with your assessment of the combat tho. I find it impactful enough certainly when compared to other arpgs out there. and there's no denying they might be the best dev team ever. Their communication and reaction to suggestions from the players is second to none.

Just picked up Battle Brotehrs in the Steam sale for $15....Almost refunded it the game is so hard, at least in the early phases, but trying to hang in there.....It's more difficult than Darkest Dungeon but I know it is doable.....I guess it was time for a greater challenge.

Just bought a month of sub for FFXIV since Shadowbringers was on sale for 19.99 on PS4.
Played a lot of Cyberpunk on PS4 with an SSD to fix all the asset loading problems.
And a bit of Genshin Impact here and there.

Also replaying Dragon Age 1 and 2 but this time on PS3 as I didn't enjoy playing D2 with a mouse on PC.

Ragequitted WoW due to the so known addon called "R.io". It really made the community more toxic than ever.

I went back to Monster Hunter World and i'm really enjoying the last expansion, i stopped back in the days at the end of first expansion.

Waiting for New World, it will be the last shot i give to MMORPG genre, then i'm out (after 10 years of mmorpg only).

Having a lot of fun with Immortals Rise of Fenyx. Just beat Dragon Quest 11. Haven't played an MMo in a while.
