CCP doesn't suspend accounts. As far as I'm aware their payment streams are handled externally and they don't get involved with them unless something's causing an issue with them getting money.
If they'd want you gone they'd have temporarily or permanently banned you from either the game or the forums. It's quite easily done and they ahve the full right to do so if they please, no pretext needed.
An account 'expires' only when payment is withheld. That's when the status becomes 'suspended'.
And believe me, they are not as childish as to use some form of trickery on your payment plan to get rid of a mildly irritating post. I've posted stuff that's been anywhere from fanboyish to quite insulting on a personal level against Oveur and they haven't even bothered giving me a forum warning since 2004. Ever since then have I been one single warning from permanent bannage on the forums and they've had plenty of chances to be childish and dispose of me. They haven't.

The main characters on those accounts had one at 38 million sp's, another had 35 million and my last account had one at 22 million sp's before I finally woke up and pulled the plug on them. The game is a time sink as well as a money sink which I'm no longer addicted to. I was drawn in by the promise of it during Beta and subscribed immediately when it was released commercially so I've seen its evolution, I've seen the broken promises time and again. Numerous features that were continuosly pushed back until they were distant memories and features added that weren't even desired except in the twisted mind set of the development team. The game revolves around pushing people into risking their ships in the vain attempt to make an impact on the market system which casts the vast majority of the players in the role of hapless cannon fodder for the enjoyment of the most vocal segment of the player base that being the adrenaline junkies.
Features when they are added are done so in a manner to draw out huge investments of online time by players only to see that time investment go up in an expanding ball of explosive gas and debris. Skill trees that are constantly changing by the addition of additional skills that require you to retrain subskills to reach previous levels of proficiency just to slow down character development. Seemingly with each new patch you could be at the top of your game as a Laser user only to find yourself set back months in real time with the addition of new subskills and a change in game mechanics. On the features side the addition of Personally Owner Stations(POS) and Outposts were hailed as god sends only to see the huge boondogles they actually were, because without the means of emplacing defenses for them they were sitting ducks when a player was offline. Now of course defenses exist but only as having been added at a later date. This is a practice that has been repeated over and over again by CCP and I had finally had enough. I won't even go into the flaws in the training system since that can be seen by anyone who plays the game for even an hour. So to say people don't leave Eve is false and reflects the arrogant attitude that CCP has toward the players still foolish enough to be playing this deadend game.
I can't help but notice that for the last month or more, you have been continuously RE-posting your (negative) review of EVE in the MMORPG.COM ratings section. Every day.. with out fail. So I got curious and checked your post history. Pretty much all of them are belligerent, pointless rants about EVE, even in topics that have nothing to do with the game. You can't help but bring it up in a regurgitation of hate. I'm not questioning your opinions here, but rather your frequency and narrow mindedness when it comes to posting.
So, I am wondering, are you simply obsessed or just someone with no life? What did EVE do to you that could have driven you to be like this?

Thought what the heck I will re-sub and see what happened to my corp...loged on to the Eve site and went to the accounts page...Ok User name and password....Incorect...? Ok maybe that was the wrong password (I am getting a little long in the tooth here) Nope not that one...maybe its this...no...Ok I will just have them reset it useing that link right there. Ok user name...and E-mail address. NO MATCH FOUND. Mind you I have only had the one E-mail address for like the last 18 years! And the user name is the same one I use for the main character on the account. So I guess that last guy I killed had more power in the game then I thought, Or one of the hundreds of post on the Eve forums I made 39 days ago was enough to get my account deleated.

Nobody has said that your accounts didn't get suspended... ok some have... but, most of us have simply been saying that it/they didn't get suspended because you compared Eve to the Sims. That, in itself, is not breaking any rules. And, since all Mods and Devs play with different characters than they post with (in order to actually play the game) killing them in-game doesn't piss them off... well... it might, but not to the extent of canceling or suspending an account. And, who knows, maybe you were just banned from the forums. It does happen. For a lot more than comparing Eve to another game, but it does happen. Trust me though, they don't get sick of their customers. At E3 they had a booth with a friggin BAR on the second floor simply so their fans/customers who came to E3 could sit, kick back, and have a drink with each other. And, again, I'll say that if I haven't been banned from the forums, then either it's a mistake on their part and you should take it up with their customer service or you did something much worse than what you're telling us.
I would say, send an email to CCP's customer service. If you really want to play Eve (or if you just want to find out what happened) then it will be worth it. It could take a little while though. They just had a big patch, and they're usually pretty busy for a week or so afterwards.

Could just have been your account was hacked, or details have been harvested somehow.
It does sound like what happened when a bunch of accounts got hacked, passowords where changed and email addresses changes as well.
Suspended in accounts page only means that payment was not taken...
I have also seen yousay your character was deleted..again this ties in with the prev hacked accounts situiation...
