You know what really grinds my gears: (props if you catch the movie reference)
- Class envy. If you don't like your class, you either a) need to reroll or b) don't understand your class fully.
- People that don't understand the concept of risk/effort vs. reward, and hate on those who do (raider profiling)
- Overbalancing. This blurs the class role lines and makes grouping boring and/or non-existant.
- Not having as much time as I used to for playing MMORPGs. (EQ Progression servers = best idea ever! Too bad I don't have near enough time to play in one these days )

Manday's list seemed pretty good to me. A lot of those sorts of things annoy me, too. Reading this thread, however, makes me wonder if we're not all too angry and cynical to be playing games together, anyway. Maybe some Massive Multiplayer Online Therapy is in order!
What irritates me the most when playing an MMORPG.
When you sign on with a brand new character, and already get spammed by 20 people trying to sell you a "uber 1337" sword that's worth about 500,000 gold and you only just started.
People that rain on RPers parade. I don't really RP that much, but I don't understand when someone shows excitement or genuine enjoyment of what the games were meant to be why someone always feels the need to reply about how sad or lame they are. I mean truly, isn't it a more sad and pathetic thing to pay a monthly fee for a game you don't even enjoy to it's full potential...or maybe that why they feel the need to say things like "nerd alert" or "RPing is GAY DUDE!!!!" *shrug* I think next time someone shows an effort to add a lil flavor to the game rather than trash people for not have epic raid gear, we should commend that player, but oh well, I',m just gonna get flamed for sticking up for RPers anyways so what do I know?

This has never happened to me in any game I've ever played. I've seen people spamming stuff for sale in chat channels, but never to my n00bie character I just made. I suppose if it's one of those MMOs where you can't see the person's level.... I don't know. This seems like it would be a very rare thing in most games.
I agree with panzerclaw, too. Purposely ruining someone enjoyment is really, really MEAN!
People that can't distrubute loot according to need. I love the excuse "My alt can use it.." or even worse, "My guildie will pee in his pants when i give him this..." Meanwhile I told everyone I could legitimately use the item.
Mobs that see through, attack, cast and agro through walls and other obstructions that I cannot retaliate.
Mobs that can cast without interruption, while no need to stop moving or break other laws of spellcasting the game has on the player.
People that act like tyrants when running an area, because they are so experienced in the area. Just ask us if we have run this before and if not, give us heads up when necessary. Don't tell me how to play the game
I was playing CoH about 2 days ago when this Scrapper called Disturbed joined the group I was in. He kept pulling mob after mob and didnt seem to care if we were dieing. If he died though it was the end of the world. Finally I told him to sod off and he said neener neener my friend runs the group you cant kick me! I asked his friend if he would kick him, he said now. Mind you this is in open channel so the whole group hears hehe. I ask him if he wants him in the group, leader says no. So I ask the leader if i can be leader. Hehe leader smiles, ten seconds later I kick Distrurbed. Hes screaming profanities. Hehe apprently his friend couldnt kick him. But I sure could. Actualy to tell you the truth I take it all with a grain of humor. Theres always something funny about whats going on. Hrmm the funniest thing I saw recently was when my stepdad and mom were playing with me, no im not young and my stepdad plants this guy INTO the wall in CoH. Hes still alive. A main boss. But his head is stuch IN the wall. THAT was funny hehe. Couldnt hurt us if hed wanted.

Add to that "How getting into beta means they are now free to tell the the devs of their great design ideas". You testing what they want you to test and are more that capable of asking for feedback.
