When I read this post initially my first thought was Lineage 2 as well. I'm a bit suprised at the consensus. Even though a lot of these korean games look nice, the problem is that almost EVERYONE looks exactly the same. There is very little variety in character creation and armor sets.
Lineage has done an ok job of adding more armor sets. But still everyone pretty much ends up buying the same items. And then some armor sets might have different names, but end up looking exactly the same as a previous piece.

And WoW has any different customization choices? You get to choose between 6 and 8 faces and about 6 to 8 hair styles, thats it! thats all your customization in WoW, nothing else. The most popular western game has roughly the same amount of character customization as the most popular Asian. (yikes, theres a dangerous message to Devs!) All the avatars look the same there also, they have a much better variety of items though.
All these static images...haven't any of you heard of FRAPS? Anyway. I have to agree the Lineage 2 has the least prudish armor for a game and this is good. If you look at EQ2's armor styles and robes Lineage 2 makes EQ2 look like a game made for nuns. LOL! That is why I refuse to play EQ2. They just don't get it. I dunno about the rest of the females that frequent this board but I could spend hours, whole game sessions in SWG just shopping for outfits for my character. I had so many pieces of clothes at one point that I had to set up a seperate house in game just to hold them all. My main character was a master dancer/artisan and I wish SOE would give us back our old SWG! I miss playing my dancer.
SWG had some good fashion for characters. GW is another good one. Now DAoC is probably the least sexiest, but atleast it is more true to how armor is for males and females.

Well this is from Rappelz and look very similar to L2 armor
So I have now seen what draws people to WoW....I did not know there were that many ugly, 300lbs, pimply, greasy hair, 19 year old geeks out there.
Which by the way all them pictures just proves my point...If I wanted to see "semi" nude cartoons, I would buy a movie from Japan.
As for the best ARMOR that looks good on a toon...EQ I hands down. Looks real good, and looks like armor should not what my lover wears to bed.
