My girlfriend has also been playing all weekend with no problems. I myself have been effected by the 3102 error. I lagged out loading between New Gridania and Old Gridania and that was it. I've been testing since the Alpha back in November.

When FFXIV ARR releases, the original FFXIV will no longer exist. ARR uses a new engine, new storyline, all job professions have been updated, new music, etc. This is as much of a change from FFXI to FFXIV... This is a new game.
