I get it off and on depending on the time of day I play, it makes it really hard to solo some harder packs when you're abilities are delayed like that

Seeing as how the servers are still down 1.5 hour after they are supposed to come online I think it's fair to say the queue is real and not just to 'pretend'. Why would anyone do that anyhow??

Don't forget to also force anisotropic filtering to the max, because even the high setting in game is actually really low and makes everything look like a blur at more than 5m distance.
