Cant you change it to "Europe" in the drop-down box? My Addcache says: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> -ip:206.127.153.247 -port:2106 -cc:1 -ip:206.127.147.28 -port:2106 -cc:2

In the Launcher, try going to "File" > "Settings" > "Advanced", there should be a Region and Language part there.
