It;s how it works in Korea when one side gets a 60/40% ratio the race with 60 can no longer get new members so any new players have to join the other side. Best feature in a RvR ever... cant't believe other games didn't think about this. …

In short, NCsoft will make each server balance no matter what. But, get in for the preselect if you really want to be Elyos. Oh really? Is there any confirmation of this????
